What do you like best?
I live how easily I can integrate with my favorite tools. It allows me to work with what I know and am comfortable but within the VIVAHR program. It’s so customizable!

There’s not a lot I don’t like about vivahr. I guess it would be that it’s slightly pricy:
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re looking for a product that allows you to do everything you’d usually need two or three different programs to do, VIVAHR is for you. It’s a bit more expensive than others of its kind, but if you look at the overall and see how great the integrations and automation functions are, it’s actually a good deal.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Searching for job candidates. Tracking past and present applicants in order to find the best possible person for the positions in which we were hiring.
What do you like best?
Offers a super clean user experience to manage each applicant. I like the ability to add tags inside each note. I can then search through all my candidates for ones that have matching tags.
We use the facebook pixel integration with our facebook ads. It was very easy to add our script which now lets me report on cost per applicant from facebook ads.
We have the Zapier integration as well. Don't use that a ton, but it's been helpful to automate tasks to co-workers.
What do you dislike?
No a big fan of the reporting. it has all the basics, but doesn't offer in depth analytics about the traffic.

Great product for marketing your hiring needs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We mainly use VIVAHR for our recruiting and powering our careers pages. It's been a great source for us to build hiring landing pages which we use for our facebook ads.
What do you like best?
Love the free version of this hiring software. We used the free version for 6 months as we were growing but just moved over to the paid plan.
What do you dislike?
If you're hiring with multiple department managers, this might not be the best thing for you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the time to build your culture profiles. We waited before building those out and when we did it, it made a major impact to our quantity of applicants. We use the tags feature a lot. This has helped move candidates around quickly to the best bucket to manage.

Staying organized with candidates, posting our jobs to the job boards.
What do you like best?
I really like the managing candidate profile design. It's super easy to take notes, share the resume and create tasks for my hiring team. They've had excellent customer service as well. Every time I call, they've helped me get answers and shown me tips on how to use the hiring tools more efficiently.
What do you dislike?
We have quite a few jobs open for hire right now. I wish I could categorize the jobs by department and assign recruiters to specific departments. You can probably do this with a paid tier, but I haven't seen it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know what you want before comparing ATS. This tool does not have ALL the bells and whistles. We were 'sold' into a tool that had it ALL before, but it comes at a premium when you only use 15% of the core features. Find a tool that fits exactly what you need..don't get sold.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had a big bottleneck in our hiring process. Spending too much money across several job boards which was frustrating to grab candidates inside each job board, then try to manage them all from outlook or spreadsheets. We were able to centralize all the hiring with vivahr.
What do you like best?
We are a small business (25 employees) and needed and ATS to fit our growth but also not break the bank. I loved their features and the pricing aligned. I wasn't over paying for the big ATS that big Orgs are using. We cut down our hiring time by 60%. Once we posted a job, we saw it live on Indeed and in Google search results the next day. Huge fan of what they're doing
What do you dislike?
I would like to see more scheduling features for interviews. I was happy with the number of applicants but using some automation to schedule the interviews for me would be nice. Might be too much to ask for, but that'd be nice.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many ways to write a job description, but I found the free templates they give you to help get more candidates. Not sure if it's because of the right keywords in the job ad, but my old postings never got this good of results.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are focused on hiring for sales and customer service. We'd post our jobs before on craigslist and local job sites because Zip and indeed were just too expensive. I was told to start posting jobs with an ATS and I could get on those sites organically. It worked well.
