What do you like best?
I am personally impressed about the tools flexibility to integrate with other ATS, its proctoring mechanism and populating the pro-view scores with a logical algorithms, finally its automated correspondence to communicate the information.
What do you dislike?
Team really have to work on user friendly reporting structure.

We are using Talview as a platform to complete our virtual hiring process in a proctored interface to eliminate the lights our challenges.
What do you like best?
Effective and integrated end to end support. Barbra is great.

Nothing that I am aware of at the moment.

We work with Talview to implement proctoring for our online high school courses.The organization helps us to maintain the integrity of our evaluations.
What do you like best?
Talview reduced the amount of time we spent on each interview, and allowed us to compare applicant responses. All of our candidates were able to successfully complete their interviews via this platform. Additionally, the sales and costumer service team were very responsive to our feedback and requests for support. Finally, reviewers found it very easy to log into the system and view the videos.
What do you dislike?
The templates for emails could be improved, but they allowed us to create our own templates.
Additionally, while we could have multiple reviewers for a given interview (what they call an assessment), we could only have one administrator (what they call recruiter) who emails invited candidates and assigns reviewers for that assessment. It would be nice to be able to have multiple people serve in the role of recruiter for one assessment.

Previously, we interviewed all candidates via Zoom. Talview allowed us to have all candidates record a one-way video interview, eliminating the time spent scheduling each interview, and vastly reducing the amount of time spent interviewing each candidate.
What do you like best?
Talview's video assessment platform is very useful and while considering the flexibility and acceptance to the suggestion, we got various languages added to this assessment. It has really helped us as an organisation who has vast spread of distribution in varied geography having multilingual skills.

need few more customization, having been said so the Customer service team is so helpful that they are ready to provide the support and way around.
