Sadly there was not a lot to like. I will say that support is quick to answer.

This list is very long. However, I will keep it short.

The system was very clunky and it felt like I was beta testing something. From icons not loading, "Submit" buttons being hidden (you had to scroll inside of a box and the system not offering a full white label solution. You also had to manually enter every review site... Even Google and they use the Google Maps API to find the location. So they have the link to that one... But don't use it.

Get a full demo! And know that you have to enter EVERYTHING into their system.

I was solving review management. However, we are no longer using it.

This is a product that offers great tutorials and set-up is pretty painless.

Limited in the features that we would like to be able to utilize and pretty limited customization. Also - only partial monitoring available.

Reputation Loop offers a great entry level product for agencies to utilize for their clients; however - lacks a great deal of what is necessary for a full service experience.

This is a great entry level product to help manage and obtain on-line reviews as well as monitor a few citation sites. This has worked as an introduction to our clients for our more sophisticated offerings.

I like that it allows us to set it up and it automatically contacts customers

The interface is not very good. The explanations for many of the options are incomplete or incomprehensible.

The price is great but the interface is very difficult to navigate

Other systems have more full featured e-mail campaigns, surveys and social media integrations. This system is basic compared to some of the others out there.

Talk to your agency and make sure that you understand exactly what you are getting and not getting in this product compared to other products. We do not recommend that you attempt to implement this yourself since there are many nuances to reputation that you might miss if you attempt to do this yourself. It is worth it to work with a local agency so that you understand everything before implementation.

We have our clients us this system when they mostly want to do reputation marketing on their own. While we do setup the back-end for them they are then mostly on their own as far as day to day operations. The system works well and features are constantly being added in but we usually go with our more turnkey, higher end systems for clients that want us to do everything for them.

The ability to drop tons of customers into the automated reviews sequence is great and efficient. Being able to suppress negative reviews but still see and respond to them makes for the perfect balance of gaining good reviews online while still rectifying bad experiences with customers and learning how to improve.

The email setup area is poorly designed. You cant even see the whole email at once. It's kinda confusing where in the email that customers will click to leave their review. I also don't like that for each location of one business has to be set up individually even though they have all the same settings.

It is a great reputation management software that let's us suppress and respond to bad reviews and learn from them while also getting better reviews on sites like Google and Yelp.
