The ability to include SEO Rich Snippets on our pages. It really improves some of our subpages on our domain in the SERPs.

I think the emails sent out for reviews are a bit generic.

I like how easy it was to implement on our Facebook Page since our Recommendations aren't available. I like the star rating next to our name on the Google search and I like how easy putting the TrustBoxes on the website is!

I don't have dislikes at this time. I only wish I could create automatic response for 4 and 5 star reviews.

Make sure you're ready to get the website updated with the correct TrustBoxes. Google does not allow SEO rich snippets to be included on Home page for websites. The Trustbox coding can luckily be easily updated not to be a rich snippet. Aesthetically, you can't change the color of the reviews in the normal business plan.

There are no problems. We're fairly new to the platform, we would heave like to upload all of our information from AskNicely over to Trustpilot. It feels like 150,000 responses went to waste since we switched to them. The format to upload files to the "Get Reviews" section could be a little less specific. I can't just upload a csv file with first row headings.

It's very easy to setup, to integrate invitations with the way we do our business. I managed to integrate it via zapier with eventbrite our event ticketing system as well as a google sheet we use internally. it works smoothly now. integrating the widgets into our site and using different tags for different pages was very useful as well.

seems like deliverability of invitations might be an issue - or at the minimum it would be nice to get some creative ideas from trustpilot for how to improve the deliverability, open and click rate on invitations we're sending. They do provide good templates, but maybe some a/b testing for this important piece would be nice.

I'm adding social proof to my event registration and description pages as well as my site in general - differentiating us from competitors. We're well on our way to the 100-reviews threshold in which Google hopefully will start displaying us as a trusted brand that is reviewed.

I'm also learning more about what's working and resonating with our students based on the review process.

Very transparent, easy to use and useful platform to gather reviews and improve both services and products and customer service. Useful for SEO too. Great backend.

It would be great to migrate and replicate the product reviews generated on TrustPilot to other sites and marketplaces (like Walmart.com, Amazon, etc...

Our SEO is improving. Also, the confidence it creates on our e-commerce site should help improve conversion rates.

I love the fact that your customers can rate the service they have received from you and make the prospective customers know how good the company is. I especially love the 1-star customers, as they really show you where you need improvement.

I hate the fact that it allows customers who are I - rate to post more than 1 review. So they will bomb the reviews and it does not really have an honest effect on the situation or company.

It is a really good software platform for QA purposes and also to show new prospective customers how good other clients feel about your product and services.

We resolve most of our customer care issues with Trustpilot as it is the platform we use for customers to voice their experiences - good or bad
