What do you like best?
Dedicated account manager access for all the problems we had.
What do you dislike?
Impossible to navigate dashboard. Difficult at best to teach others to navigate.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Review Requests are effective. Though Reputation.com makes this process long and difficult.
Have been a customer for about a year. Being double billed for several months and now when I try to reach anybody it is impossible to make contact. No Phone Numbers. Web forms remain unanswered. No way I could give a positive review.
What do you like best?
I like the idea of being able to monitor the online reputation and be able to plug reviews in where they are needed most.
What do you dislike?
The amount of time it takes. I posted a review as an experiment and it didn't show up for 2 months. Moreover, when I have issues, it takes an eternity to get any kind of assistance. Typically, I'm told to do a hard reset on the kiosk. If that doesn't fix it and the kiosk needs to be replaced, it's almost better to give up. You will send a replacement, the replacement will have the same problem, I'll be told to do a hard reset and the cycle starts over.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make it easier for the customer to leave a review. Right now, reputation.com is less effective than texting a URL to the customer and having them leave a review on their phone. In the locations that have kiosks, most of them don't work. Even the ones that do work are covered in dust. Leaving a review should be simple and it should post quickly. If it was easy for the customer and quick for the center to see results, more of them would use your services.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Good question. It does make it easier to see the reputation of multiple centers at once, but that's the only benefit I can think of.
Buyer beware. This company makes false promises. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. It's hard to manage your reputation score with incomplete data coming from its platform. When problems were found the Reputations team were unable to fix the issues. Company executive to NOT care about their customers. There are other Reputation management companies out there that can do a much better job. Don't waste your money on this one.

They are cost effective. I would not recommend.
What do you dislike?
Consistent long wait times to respond, no ability to use yelp, difficult to get password reset.
