Be careful if using the 'PropertyMe Users' Facebook group to get an opinion on their product. The group deletes negative comments from their page, so it is hard to get an unbiased opinion. PME is missing a lot of features and the team does not respond or act on basic bug fixes. Their product is not refined enough yet and it is very frustrating to say the least. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately I was forced to change to Propertyme from a MUCH better system. It is clunky and as a landlord it does not allow me to send messages to the tenant (something I used extensively in the old system). I would change back in a flash if it was an option. Not impressed at all.[Edit 1] To be fair, the company has contacted me (see below) and I await a reply to my emailed question. Well done for taking the time.[Edit 2] OK they quickly got back to me, and I was right! There is NO WAY for the LANDLORD to send messages to the tenant. Poorly designed system.

As an landlord, when I log in, all I see are my personal details (phone. Email etc). I cannot access any information about my property, money in and out, maintenance requests etc. A useless service. was forced to use propertyme by my real estate agent. If I could give no stars, I would have.

My agent just changed to Propertyme. As a Landlord their service is terrible.I will be changing estate agents to stop using their product.Their statements are poorly written and hard to read, with no explanation as to what some charges are.The statement is the most valuable piece of information for Landlords and their statements are worthless

Very Flaky, poorly tested, lots of bugs.Using as an owner.Couldnt download any statements, just the whirling wheel.Today I cant even view the pages, Logging in takes me to a blank page with their watermark logo.And when I can get on via a page link I only see my profile and all menu options just refresh the profile page or i get a blank page.Having to do lots of workarounds to use properly.Tried on several devices and browsers, each one a different result, all with issues.
