What do you like best?
The System is Flexible and simple content publishing: easy to manage learning, upload contents in several formats, assessment/testing creation and monitor onboarding.
Also, the user interface is well designed and for the most part very intuitive, If you have been in software development industry you will agree with me that this is one of the best system made by Laravel.
What do you dislike?
The French language is not in the list of supported languages, two of our subsidiaries are in French-speaking countries although English is their third language I still request French to be included in the list.

Extremely well designed, Brilliant, smooth and hassle-free implementation from start to finish!

What do you like best?
The system is very user friendly and intuitive with a great UI both for users and admins. We use it for all internal training and onboarding which allows us to have overview of training needs and status. The gamification works wonders on competitive members of the company :)
What do you dislike?
This is still a young system and has some maturing to do but the Eloomi team has been very welcoming when it comes to requests and suggestions.

This is a one stop platforms for all our training which before was scattered in different systems and between departments.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
• Security: Online Modules stored in the Dashboard can be accessed publicly once the module URL is obtained. This poses a challenge for CitNOW to protect its DNA and material.
• Upload Timings: Although content can be uploaded into the Dashboard, this requires significant development time from the CitNOW technical teams and leads to the delay of launching modules quickly and effectively. Timings are unpredictable due to varying development priorities, meaning fresh and updated content can be slow to bring to Market.
• Tracking & Measurement
Tracking of online modules is limited, with only the ability for CitNOW to see completions of courses using a google sheet. There is no reporting or completion status within the Dashboard and no way to see how far through a course a User went.
• Learning Records
Currently learners have no record of the training they have received via CitNOW, including face to face programmes or online modules.
• User Volume
The volume of Users would depend on how many Users are setup within the CitNOW Dashboard. Currently this number is estimated at 100,000. CitNOW can have up to 10,000 Active Users live at a given time. Learners would access the content from their local sites or from home.
• Hosting
CitNOW specialises in online video, therefore we have servers located around the world, where videos are stored and can be streamed. The Portal would need to connect to the specific server depending on the User and their location credentials.

The sleek design and option to customize to different departments of our business.
What do you dislike?
The "assign users" set up isn't too aesthetically pleasing and the function is slow at times.

Transparency between branches and business units creating a more united organization.
What do you like best?
Using eloomi makes managing employee learning quick and easy. Setting up the system takes very little time, and creating new courses or programs is both easy and fast. Eloomi has a powerful tool for both students and managers / admins to reviewing learning and checking up on course completion. For students, the system is completely intuitive – if they know how to use social media or an online email program, eloomi will feel completely familiar and easy to use.
Eloomi also gives managers and employees a great tool to keep track of goals, as well as supporting a coaching conversation for reaching those goals or improving performance through a message feature. The performance appraisal tool gives managers and HR a great visual of the employees’ performance, as well as being very helpful with the actual appraisal and preparation for the one-on-one conversation.
What do you dislike?
While the developers release additions quite fast, they sometimes have minor bugs (not showstoppers by any means) or interface mishaps - however, their support team responds super quickly and errors are usually fixed within a few days.

Quickly and simply get information and education to employees in an attractive and "easy to use" interface. A powerful way to control access depending on each employee.
