What do you like best?
Good customer service during set up that was quickly overshadowed by additional fees not disclosed in the contract.
What do you dislike?
I purchased Clear Company and have been using it for six months. I received an email from the customer service dept that there is a bogus additional charge they are trying to charge of $10,000 for additional 'competencies' in the system that were not disclosed in the contract. Erin, Savannah, and Tala all agreed the fee is not in my contract but tried to execute a change order to add the additional fees to my contract. This is unethical behavior in my opinion. I currently have two employees in my organization. Competencies are literally 3-5 word phrases types into their system that they are trying to charge me $10K for! If Erin, Savannah, and Tala still work at the company when you move to contract, do not move forward. if they are fired, then I would consider their software.

I dislike that Clear Company isn’t intuitive, and we have to create 30 different forms to keep track of everything.

If you want something done by them, it needs to be done before you pay.

ClearCompany is not user friendly. They made a lot of promises for us, so that we could sign the deal. They never produced. It is not a good Applicant Tracking System- doesn’t alert you when someone applies or starts an application. When you hit source for where you found the candidate, it says email upload.
What do you like best?
I like that everything is integrated into one system.
What do you dislike?
The system is hard to use, it is clunky. The system also does not send the job postings to the sites in which you have selected.

Recruiting. The only benefits I have noticed is it is all in one place. I would not use this system again.

I like the automatic feeds that are provided for the postings. It does have functionalities for sharing and emailing directly from the web and then responses do come to your inbox.

The site itself is not designed well. The access point for recruiting is all the way in tools and the dashboards are always blank.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is simple when it comes to setting up. My issues are with how they charge per employee and their add ones are expensive.
