i like the fact that , it makes the calls feel so live

like it's through networking directly & not through an app,

i like the fact that it hold into the calls if any IT issues showed up ,

I like the sound quality

& the simplicity of it's programming

i dislike the latency in receiving the changes when it freezes sometimes *latency*

it really gets on my nerves when it comes to taking more than the proper timing to load .

i'm observing that it solved the connection issues

& it's way faster & sheeper than connecting through international lines .

1) Brilliant service, easy to use, great customer service team on board also to help you. Highly recommend!!!

2) Easy to use - good interface, clear buttons and icons

3) All calls are recorded and easy to find

Cons: That you cant copy and paste a number easily from a document or the web - or even click on a number in another window and have the application open directly would be good. Also we cant save the numbers so you have to serch for a recoding by the time OR the actual digits

It is incredibly easy to use and to modify to best fit what you need from it.

There were a couple of things I disliked when we first started using it but those have all been ironed out over time so in short, there is nothing at the moment that I dislike

When you first sign up it will be daunting as there are so many options but learning them is a breeze and is there to help you personalise the software to what you need
