What do you like best?
The only good thing about Zing is its user interface - it looks good and creates interest in users. The homepage, helpdesk and how everything is arranged, everything is done with aesthetics in mind.
What do you dislike?
1. Zing is extremely slow, its server takes a lot of time to respond. Sometimes the webpage does not open at all and keeps on showing loading
2. Zing customer support is extremely bad, they do not resolve issues on time, ensuring that critical payroll related issues cannot be solved on time
3. The flow of outdoor, leave approval is not very intuitive and needs some time to understand
4. Zing mobile app is unstable and there is perpetual login issues

Please get some reference check done from other companies using it. Customer support remains a challenge with Zing.

Used ZingHR for managing entire workforce data, time and attendance and payroll.

Nothing really. The system was always slow to load and has had its great share of problems. I would never recommend this solution to anyone.

Zing HR caused more problems with its slow systems than it solved any.
Ideally most users in my company used it to check their Salary slips and do their tax planning on the system.

Zing HR is good, a user friendly software.
Has the wonderful packages that solve most HR maintenance problems.
It eliminates paperwork usage.
It has made salary adjustments easy, leave management is also well done.
It can best serve a person who has more than one company they are managing.
What do you dislike?
Zing HR has no attendance report dashboard in some categories.
Cannot be used on phone with ease.
Follow up time and implementation was more than expected.

It is easy to use but bare in mind one cannot use it on phone.

every thing shows in home page dash board which is quick and attracting fetcher to have a glance of whole activity of yours in previous days.

performance is slow need to optimize fetchers while opening the leave reports and current holidays list.
And one more thing quite lengthy procedure to login. need to fill lots of fields for login
