What do you like best?
We like the way we are able to easily analyze who is talking about/mentioning our organization across social media
What do you dislike?
It is somewhat hard to set up our various social media platforms in their database - it would be easier if they integrated more platforms in a easier manner

Consider free alternatives including google products as they are very similar and much more cost effective

Looking to see who is talking about us positively/negatively - we are able to track our mentions/social footprint much closer with their platform
What do you like best?
We have been using YouScan for more than a year and we’re impressed with the results. It’s a useful social listening tool, which helps us to timely react to our customers’ questions, feedback, and criticism online. We can monitor and analyze social media data which allows us to fully understand the talks about our brand and products on social media. All of the benefits of using YouScan tool are visible to us as they are all measured in ROI. Also, customer support is spectacular as our manager is always responding quickly with a ready-to-go resolution.
What do you dislike?
Until now, we haven't experienced any issues with YouScan but we have 1 suggestion on how they can improve the tool. We would like to check the data hourly, but there is no such filter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
YouScan is really great for monitoring competitors - what their customers like or deslike about their products. We also use YouScan to monitor our brand mentions and often make decisions on product development based on this information.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Monitoring and listening to our customers’ feedback and expectations helped us to increase the sales while the timely reaction to the negative feedback decreased the churn of clients. We've also strengthened their loyalty to our brand and managed to detect opportunities for the future developement.
What do you like best?
Good coverage, almost precise automatic tone of voice, user friendly interface, convinient analytics, user right managment

Too expensive, less mass media than it could have been.

What do you like best?
Youscan does exactly what it sets out to do. Very good at scanning online to gather information and really improves marketing campaigns for the business.
What do you dislike?
There is not much I dislike. Possibly try to improve the spam filter.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
This product can fast and efficiently scan docs and have them converted to to online docs and data sheets. It’s trend detection is great for specifically targeted campaigns.
What do you like best?
I like that YouScan is fueled by image recognition technology. Gave the company that I was working for the ability to identify the customers that we were interacting with based on different demographics.
What do you dislike?
I dislike the price, we were using the "Pro" version, which was $750. A little pricey for small businesses.

We used YouScan for the analytical functions and trends detection and to monitor the small business that I was working with's social media presence.
