I paid for an annual upgrade. I have not received the upgrade or a refund. I have sent numerous emails but no response.Stay away or at the very least do not send money.
Very good tool to send campaign by gmail & sheet.But process for renewing subscription or update paiement information is very complicated and not instinctive.
YAMM is a good service for BDR, MDR, SDR, and other sales folks that need to send messages to a large number of addresses. That being said, it was actually banned at the last company I used it at because some folks send too many messages to the wrong people that caused some pretty serious backlash. I don't think it had anything to do with YAMM, it's just tough when a few "bad apples" can quickly disrupt the usage of a good tool. Good luck to everyone out there using YAMM, just remember to double check your lead lists!!!
Great Add-On. Very useful to masive communications for our school community.Would be great to see the scheduled emailing improve (more than one programmed sending and more reliability).
Very responsive. However, initial inquiry response lacked any details about why something could not be done. I'm not interested in why something can't be done, I'm interested what can be done to resolve the issue. Don't just say 'it cant ...' say, 'it can't because ....', and then suggest alternative. Subsequent resaponse very good.
