I like the variety of options for questions, such as ranked choice, open ended, or multiple choice.
What do you dislike?
It can usually only be accessed through emailing our work employees, however not all of them check their email everyday.

Check it out! I highly recommend it.

Easily reach a big audience and get input on museum initiatives.
What do you like best?
We receive great support from Waggl, they are very timely in fixing data issues, answering questions or hopping on a call to brainstorm a new survey idea. We collaborate with them often (and have for a few years now) on engagement surveys, physician engagement surveys, hiring surveys, ad hoc surveys, etc.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there are flaws in the dashboards that they manually create for us and it is not caught until the data has been shared with a large number of leaders. We would also love to see more trended data over time (combining numerous past survey data points) rather than having to click into each one and combine scores manually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about what your organization wants and needs in a survey tool and then assess how/if Waggl meets that bill. While Waggl is a great tool, it will only be well utilized and bought into if it fits your organization's culture and if they trust it. Otherwise it will just be an unused tool, not a process that engages. The process, autonomy and culture created in the organization is as important if not more than the tool you use.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have created accountability around employee engagement data and conversations with 24,000 employees and over 1,200 leaders. Our organization loves the tool and it has enabled our leaders to own and drive their own engagement results rather than making HR a bottleneck.
What do you like best?
I love the transparency of the system. Employees often question the validity of this but I am able to show them everything is 100% transparent which reassures them. I also like the voting option. I believe this allows for individuals to brainstorm with each other in an anonymous way. Employees are often unsure of whether they should voice their opinions but this gives an anonymous way for them to bring their concerns to light.

There have been times when it would be ideal to ask more than one open-ended question.

We are improving our company culture. We have gone through many changes in our organization and are looking for feedback from our employees. We have realized that our employees have GREAT thoughts but are often too scared to share them with our leaders. This has allowed them to voice their questions, comments, or concerns in an open-environment.
What do you like best?
