What do you like best?
The system is quite easy to navigate, easy to answer questions and it also allows you to view what your colleagues and peers have written about you. It also stores all your past reviews!
What do you dislike?
Nothing, it is good to keep tabs on your personal goals. No paper work needed!

It allows you to do reviews twice a year maybe even more so it solves that forgetfulness you might have when it comes to reviewing colleagues. I’ve worked in companies were I never had a review so the benefits of progressing within your role is helped using leapsome.
What do you like best?
Seemless and faster, and easier way to performance review. Clearly shows the goal and percentage level of completion and also helps to distinctly select peers and other levels of reviews.
Replaced paper process of annual goal setting and performance reviews with interactive online process.
I'm using it mostly for organizing performance evaluation and give a written feedback. Written feedback is somewhat "easier"

What do you dislike?
Doesn't automatically synchronizes then I'll have to reload the tab.
It does not have any app for iPhone/iPad or even for Android and Windows. This is really crucial for the company if they want more deployment.
Probably would be great if you can set some kind of alarms at every step to complete some activities or review accomplishment, or tasks (Some of us aren't frequent mail readers).

Not much related to the application (more to the content that is managed by our admin teams)
I personally don't need (or dislike) the feature of creating meetings - I would rather set and see see it in my primary calendar application. It's a personal preference, though
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to have good content management (on the admin's side of the organization) on e.g. implementing right performance evaluation questions. Without this, the use of the tool will not be as smooth.

I'm using it mostly for organizing performance evaluation and give a written feedback. Written feedback is somewhat "easier" since I can prepare better, and then have a 1-1 session with the person. I don't use it that often, maybe once or twice, but I can definitely imaging situations where I could give prompt feedbacks again.
What do you like best?
I love how easy the platform is to use. Some other platforms that we use require lots of training to understand the intricacies of the system but with Leapsome, after the initial onboarding, it’s been really straightforward for us thanks to how intuitive it is and the great resources that are provided.
In terms of impact, using Leapsome will make us much more deliberate with our goals and planning processes. That transparency and alignment between all our teams was missing for us before.
What do you dislike?
I have let the Leapsome team know that there are a couple of features that I would like to see in the platform. However, I have been really impressed by how their team makes me feel included in helping to shape the development of the platform. They’re very open in communicating what’s on their roadmap so I know that my requests are either in development already or when they are planned for.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were simultaneously kicking off a search for one platform to handle our strategic planning and another tool to replace our previous performance management platform as we weren’t happy with it. We were doing all our planning in google sheets and our performance management platform was not very user friendly. When we were introduced to Leapsome we realised just how easy the platform was to use and how much better it would be to have just one platform that handles everything in one rather than two separate tools. Since implementing Leapsome, we’ve really enjoyed it and everyone has found it to be a huge benefit.
