The tool is easy to use when you want to schedule your instagram publications

I have an issue with my subscription, and Viraltag does not answer my mails. This is bad customer service. What a pitty, other similar service providers are excellent in that field.

I am cancelling my subscription because other tools allow you to publish on Instagram without manual intervention.

I like the concept of being able to schedule future posts onto my social media pages.

The mobile app needs a ton of improvement. The tutorial is too brief and doesn't fully explain how to use the app.

Organizing and scheduling social media posts/advertisements.

Have not used the social media automation tools, but have used the tool extensively for finding the best and most relevant hashtags for Instagram. I like the ability to search for these hashtags.

As I mentioned, I used it primarily to find the best and most popular hashtags on social media, but many times it would just turn up generic hashtags like #dog instead of specifics like #chihuahua. Also, many of the hashtags it turned up were not popular or trending.

I would use it as a tool to find hashtags and trending terms on Instagram and Twitter. They have offered a number of new features since I first used it including scheduling social media posts.

We were trying to use Instagram for the first time, but we realized that it doe not resonate with our audience as well as we had hoped.

I like the add-on feature that you can have on your desktop to pin/post from anywhere on the web. I also like the ability for reoccurring "Evergreen" content.

The schedule calendar is not very visually appealing. Social tracking, listening and analytics are also sub-par.

We are trying to solve a problem of low brand recognition. Automating social posts have made it easier and more efficient to do that.

You can post for social apps like Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, & Twitter all at once or schedule them out so that you have more time to spend on other things.

It's expensive. Just for a regular non-business account it's $30 a month if you pay by the month and $24 if you pay annually. Once you hit over 10k in viewers/followers, you get bumped upto the Small Business Plan that starts at approximately $80 a month. It doesn't offer every social media platform like I wish it would. The current program that I'm using offers 5 or 6 different social media platforms which ViralTag does not.

If you're on a budget, you won't want to use this app. It's extremely expensive for the limited features it has. I've used other apps and I like them all much more than ViralTag. Maybe I'm missing something in the short trial period but it just wasn't beneficial to me and the cost really plays a part in what it does and doesn't offer me.

If you're using this product, you're posting to various social accounts at once. You won't have to post messages or statuses on each individual accounts one at a time.
