What do you like best?
That you can jump in on other people's calls to listen or participate. There apparently is a salesforce integration, if this was fully functional it'd be great. You also can listen to calls.
What do you dislike?
LOTS OF THINGS. You can not screen calls, you cannot set a timeframe to be on do not disturb. You can't save a contact unless they are in salesforce. You can't see who is calling (number or name) on the Mobile app. Calls frequently drop.

It is great for coaching as it can record calls

What do you like best?
There are few things I like about Truly. I do like the feature that allows us to call from local presence mode when prospecting for outbound leads.
What do you dislike?
It drops calls frequently. The connectivity is very poor. Sometimes it goes down and we cannot make any calls. I would look for a different system.

We use Truly to make our outbound calls which is very important in our lead generation roles.
What do you like best?
I like that you are able to use the phone system on your desktop and mobil device.
What do you dislike?
We switched to use Truly because our old phone system had a lot of issues. I feel like we still have the same problems. Call quality is the biggest issue we have experienced.

It is great for basic calling and texting. Make sure you have good internet to handle their system.

It was nice to get the whole team on one phone system and transferring calls internally was easy.
What do you like best?
Truly's interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. Transferring calls, joining a call, and managing your profile/settings is all incredibly easy. The app is easy to navigate and looks great. I like that I can access recordings of calls right in the app.
What do you dislike?
The big thing was call quality. Things would work and then call quality would drop for a bit. It would get better for a while and then start up again. Having it be inconsistent was a big frustration. The company I work for is quite large, so I think Truly may be better suited for smaller-scale businesses. Also didn't like that you can't create a contact stored in Truly.

Service is sometimes unhelpful, and slow to respond
