Its features are pretty understandable and easily accessible by a user. Advanced features like Video call and screen sharing play an important role in every office.
What do you like best?

- Can’t add your clients or someone outside your domain
- Average video call quality

This is a great option for official chat and collaboration for small and midsized businesses. This is a new software in the market and yet to fixed so many minor and major changes. definitely give a try.

What do you like best?
I like that two people can be simultaneously communicate on a screen without a problem.It's super easy to start using and is great for shared documents where you need to have multiple people providing input and updates.
What do you dislike?
They constantly improve the program, there is nothing to dislike about Troop Messenger.!!

What do you like best?
Our team is using Troop Messenger for a year, and I found we chose a good and simple to use application for our daily team interactions for all of our project updates.
- The three features I like the most in Troop Messenger is Forkout, Burnout and Audio Messaging.
- It makes reach my team members and groups just at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike?
We are really looking out for to-do lists feature which is anticipated in their next version release.

On the whole, I can say, it is the best affordable tool when compared to its competitors.
What do you like best?
I like the user chat area the most. Because we can tag a received message while replying to it back to give better clarity to the user. Also, we can forward multiple messages to a single user or a group of users in just one go. Troop Messenger allows us to filter images, text files, videos, flagged messages, etc., separately from the chat area. We can instantly preview the files right in the chat area
What do you dislike?
As it has many features on the application and the Admin Dashboard side, I feel it’s 7-day Enterprise free trial needs to be extended to 14 days to explore them all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Due to this Covid-19 outbreak, all our teams are working remotely from different locations that have low network speeds. But, Troop Messenger reaches all these air-gapped networks. It made us connect well. The terminated employees will no longer have any access that was shared across the application.
