What do you like best?
Actually i don't like it, i always prefer book the travel out of the tool and send invoice directly to finance
What do you dislike?
It is not organized, you are not able to prioritize the most economic option
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Once even we have to delay a travel because Travelperk was scaling, several times and with late responses, the approval of the tickets for less than 1€
FINGER WEG!! Fehlerhafte Seite- Keine Ereichbarkeit des Kundenservices. Email Server ist teilweise geblacklisted somit erreichen einen Emails nicht. Verkaufspersonal in DACH geradezu unfähig. Es wird einem z.b. angeboten einen Account mit einer privaten Email Adresse zu eröffnen- was nicht geht. Wenn man sich beschwert wird man angegriffen. Die angegebene Support Email Adresse existiert nicht!
Booked flights to and from Surfers Paradise. The flight home was cancelled. Virgin says that they contacted all travel brokers with that information, but TravelPerk made no attempt to contact me. Not even an email. Don't use TravelPerk! You could get stranded!
It never works. Anything, no matter how simple it is, requires you to spend 1 hour with the Customer Service agent to support you. Something that I would book in 5 minutes at most, usually takes me 1 hour because anything works as it should. I wonder if that amount of time they claim to save is true. It might be for the responsible for corporate travel, but at the expense of the other workers in the company. No wonder why they are hiring so many CS agents on a day to day basis, the platform as it is does not scale at all ....
They are just a reseller not responsible for anythin. When you have an issue with your property, they will not take responsibility and blame their partner. Highly unrecommended.
