We are a group that is specifically focused on networking... this has become even more important when we are meant to be socially distancing. We have a global membership and really want to give people the opportunity to connect, and the Lounge within the Tocca Software is a really perfect solution for us... it allows for short calls with other people in the Lounge, and is sort of like speed networking.

Have your speaker list nailed down a week ahead of the conference, other than unavoidable last minute changes.

We’re building more content for thought leadership in cooperation with our partners and Industry influencers. Using Tocca has allowed us to jack Up our brand a few notches.

Attend a meeting on the platform yourself.

We had planned to have live events to get together over 40 investors and 200 advisors -- this was a problem with the current social distancing considerations, so we went virtual with Tocca. It would have been a challenge to do it in a less structured format with regular video conferencing tools.

The functionalities of the platform mimic perfectly the kind of activities and interactions people would have at a physical club fair. We were able to focus on the content and the design of the event rather than on the platform itself as it offered exactly what we wanted.

Some features could enhance the experience further and are already on the product roadmap (chat,..)

We wanted to replace our physical Club Fair with a virtual event where people can learn about several clubs within a short period of time and have meaningful informal networking opportunities with their fellow alumni. The platform needed to offer flexibility and the opportunity to move from one room or discussion to another very naturally.

- The Tocca platform creates an immersive experience for our participants - I loved how people can step in and out of sessions at will (Just like an in-person event).

- The event platform was 100% branded as ours. This made the event feel VERY high production value and much better than the alternatives we have used in the past, which were less flexible and had their branding on it.

- The ability for attendees to 'step out' of a room and network is excellent. It recreates the in-person experience as accurately as you would hope for in a digital context. We wanted people to connect and they did.

I didn't find anything to dislike - It met our requirements to a tee and the services team were always happy to guide us as we designed our event layout etc.

We needed create an event experience that allowed for attendee real-time networking and to allow flexibility in terms of which 'rooms' they spent time in.

We needed an environment where people could make real connections through as close to IRL networking experiences as possible.
