What do you like best?
Ease of use and online web interface is definitely the best feature of this app

Very low conversion rates on webinar landing page!
Very little custom personalization can be done on the subscription page
Option to accept only professional emails made us lost subscribers of a listed company !! Listed company that had a domain nothing to do with public webmail domain.
Voice quality when presenting a webinar with two users was catastrophic, the cause was not a connectivity issue but a bug with Livestorm that made it impossible to have two presenters have their mics on !
Chat notifications are on by default for the speakers resulting in an inaudible echo...
Initial complaint was brushed of as a technical error.
Someone did call us to apologize and offer us a "compensation" only if we subscribed for one year !
Second support ticket was greeted with a message telling us their team was on a skiing holiday...
Last support ticket is still un-answered, whilst they imply that the sound issue was coming from our connectivity issue while the facts show that this is not the case.
This is a beta product, would definitely not recommend this app for a business webinar !

Communication with customers through training has been a problem we were trying to overcome. Livestorm haw now allowed us to offer in depth training to our users.
What do you like best?
Livestorm is the platform we use to host all our webinars. We have one weekly webinar that is pre-recorded, one monthly reoccurring webinar, and then we host quarterly webinars with influencers from the industry we work in. The support is fantastic! Elif and Sonya have been amazing - they even put up with us when we begin to lose it with the tool if something isn't working. They've provided us with useful tips and tricks to make the experience for us and our users smoother. As an example, our weekly webinars are pre-recorded, we thought the hosts had to 'go on stage' in order to start the webinar. Long story short, after getting support from Elif we now realise we can have this webinar as an on-demand option for users to watch when they want to, saving our team loads of time.
What do you dislike?
We have discovered quite a few bugs, and to be honest, in the last month every time we log in it seems that we have to start a new live chat as we always have issues. There have been a few issues with exporting data and attendees. Often when myself or a colleague want to export data for one session of a reoccurring webinar, it exports the data from ALL sessions, which of course takes forever. There have also on occasions been issues and the data hasn't been exported at all.
The biggest thing for us at the moment is the webinar replays. All registrants get sent an email once the webinar has ended. The last three webinars we've hosted, the replays don't work - meaning we've had loads of customers asking us why there's no sound and why the slides aren't changing. This is still ongoing.
There was another issue when they were updating something on their end over the weekend. This meant that a landing page for one of our big webinars went down whilst we were promoting it on social media - hugely annoying. Giles apologised, but they didn't quite grasp how much of a loss this was for us. We got upgraded for one webinar for free, that was lovely for them to do, but it definitely has us worried about going forward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I wouldn't solely trial this tool. Trial others as well. Support is fantastic, but it has caused a few headaches internally due to bugs and being a little difficult to use. I do wish they provided more training.

It's a platform where we host all our webinars. Currently, it's the only tool we use, but after recent bugs, we may be trialling Zoom.

POSITIVO: Livestorm a sido una muy buena herramienta para la solucion de reuniones, capacitaciones y cualquier tipo de demostraciones que tengas que hacer a tus clientes en tiempo real y lo mejor de todo es que no hay que realizar ningun tipo de descarga para utilizarla o instalar algún tipo de programa. La sala de webinars es muy intuitiva y puedes tener todo el control en cada reunión , algo que me llamo mucho la atención es que se puede agregar una biografia de cada uno de los oradores en la plataforma. Su interfaz es muy intuitiva, y además facil de utilizar por todos y muy organizada.

una de las cosas que nos desagrada de Livestorm es que no se puede realizar grabaciones despues de dos horas, es de verdad muy molesto ya que de verdad es increible todas las oportunidades que livestorm nos brinda.

livestorm Es muy adecuada para cualquier tipo de empresas ya que tiene muchas funciones y herramientas muy completas y complejas , que nos a permitido obtener un desarrollo dentro de la plataforma muy efectivo y estable, ademas que hasta ahora no hemos podido encontrar mejor plataforma para realizar seminarios web que livestorm, no tienes que descargar absolutamente nada Gracias a que nos funciona muchisimo la recomendamos

Desde que utilizamos esta plataforma podemos realizar reuniones o conferencias con una buena calidad y comunicación estable. Tambien realizamos seminarios web y es increible agreegar una biografia a los oradores. No necesitamos descargar nada lo que es te permite un acceso muy sencillo y el manejo de la plataforma aun mas, realmente al compararla esta por encima de muchas paltaformas como por ejemplo zoom, hay cumplido con las necesidades de nuestra empresa es muy completa, tomamos una buena eleccion.

Livestorm is easy to use and makes the process of planning webinars for our customers very simple. We can easily interact with our customers, answering questions and running polls to gain further insight and understand our audience better.

It's only possible to link one email address to each account, meaning that you are required to change the details associated with the account when a new 'Host' will be running the webinar.
