What do you like best?
it goes company wide, everyone will get an email pertaining to the survey of the week or the day. it can be frustrating to have to take the time out of the day to complete this task.
What do you dislike?
its unfair to the unanonymous effect, its tied through email in our company. so what we think is not known, truly it is by the supervisors. so there isn't anything anonymous.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
it can create problems by others being praised in the company and the ones who truly work and get the job done aren't getting any kudos.
What do you like best?
The idea around it is great, it means well. Easy to use
What do you dislike?
How the questions repeat so much.. not much diversity in the questions. Questions are repeated but maybe asked differently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure admins of this product for your company have more than a few questions and they do not repeat.

Employee engagement, but I feel like it backfires when employees feel and see the same questions asked over and over again.

The app is easy to use and delivers solid performance and good insights

Tiny Pulses own engagement which is poor at best.

Helps to drive an engagement culture and engender trust in teams where this has not previously been the case

I like that you can offer suggestions or bring up issues in an anonymous format.
There is typically a specific topic, which allows you to consider aspects of your job that you maybe hadn't thought of before. Great for remote positions.

Still getting to know this product. I think an easy way to see/access the results of each question or poll would be nice.

It allows employees to speak their mind more freely without fear of retaliation. Again, the different topics bring up aspects you maybe hadn't thought of before and allows you to reflect.

Haven't had any experience to determine.

I don't think that answers are truly anonymous.
