It's simple to use. Customizations can easily be done. The tool gives you the chance to choose a wide range of pre-made questions. You can make customizations on your logo, build dashboard reports, and even come up with a hyperlink of your own survey. A majority have used this platform for making basic surveys. If that's what you want, then this tool will certainly cater to those needs.

Logic and skip patterns are challenging to do. You're frequently pushed to go for bigger and costly versions. That is, if you're pushing to conduct a complex survey. Seeing case-by-case results can be challenging that looking into aggregate data.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how this tool is user-friendly. It's a cinch making a survey and then sharing it directly to audience and colleagues. Its got a great reputation. Customer support has been tremendous if you want more help in survey creation or if you want further assistance. It's a software that can be applied to different institutions (businesses, schools, corporations, and others).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't really have much quibs with this software. I was hoping it could link to other third party apps. I know the software is capable of making surveys, but I wish these could be linked in such a way so responses and percentages pertaining to the survey quesions can be shown.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software is capable of narrowing down specific outcomes. By surveying different audience types, it gives the product manager a chance to go through glitches, make presentation modifications or delivery of a service/product. I've been utilizing it to better prepare lessons reflecting my students already know and other areas requiring more clarification. Ive also made use of it in assessing my teaching delivery as well as delivered content. It's particularly useful for making inquiries on the feelings of the staff on specific school programs.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is the free version of the tool that impressed me. I was able to send up to 10 survey questions. If your needs are above this, you can switch to the paid version which come with different additional features and capabilities. I can craft my questions the way I like as the product provides different ways you can do it. It allows for ease of customization with the multiple templates it has. For my case, I use the URL and email to send surveys. This way, I can get simple feedback and email notifications when I receive a response.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the email way is easy, it can have limitations when you want to send surveys to your recipients. The emails may land in the spam folder and thus the recipient may not be able to see them in their inboxes. However, you can correct this problem by using the URL in conjunction with your email to get rid of the spam. It would be better if there was a simpler way as beginners may have a lot of problems before they realize that their correspondents are not getting the surveys they send via email.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can now send surveys with ease to those people I want to respond. It makes it easy to create and send those survey questions for my projects. Once I complete a project, I can create the survey and send them to the people concerned. As a department we can use our staff members to act as performance indicators for our projects and send them the surveys to rate our projects.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Getting the chance to pick from templates made or having the option to make customizations according to certain needs. Being able to share survey with your network by means of a link or e-mail, and organizing the results into analytical reports are really great. The online UI is a breeze to use once you're able to get the hang of making surveys. Being able to integrate open-ended responses, question styles, and general response collections is a great feature. Leaving an open survey makes room for consistent data collection.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to admit. It took several tries to understand how questions present themselves in the final survey copy. After a few attempts, I'm able to learn which ones need to be selected and which ones shouldn't be worth capturing. There are certain types of questions with varying settngs and concealed options. Missing out on a checkbox will lead to completely different results.

Acquiring feedback from thousands of companies from team members situated in a dozen locations can be difficult. SurveyMonkey lets people answer from their desks immediately. Feedback options are carried out by the maker. SurveyMonkey can be used specifically in interview reviews from bigger interview panels.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has an easy UI for anyone looking to have an upper hand in survey work. I literally did not need any training in creating surveys with this tool. At first, it only took me 2 hours. With over 4 years of using the tool, I can say that it has become a reliable addition to my projects. I can easily meet the needs of the organization as it has become easier to use after every upgrade. All this takes place without any increase in the cost of the product. I can share surveys across different platforms and create reports on those surveys with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first, it was difficult to get the reports or download them in a version that can allow for editing. However, with years of use of the product, I can find my way around and download them in many formats. For example in excel, CSV and PDF file. This has made it easy to interpret the results and edit where necessary without much hustle. Also, you can get those results in PowerPoint format, which makes your work easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are now better organized in terms of carrying out surveys. Initially, we could depend on paperwork, emails, and phone calls. With Survey Monkey, we can eliminate all that and streamline our surveys for ease of interpretation of results. We are able to compare different surveys and feedbacks for ease of decision making. This not only saves time but also money which is a plus on our part.
