What do you like best?
I really like the introduction of tabs within Sprinklr itself. This makes it really easy to navigate between dashboards to view different data quickly and easily.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish whether a customer has sent a public or private message, as these messages are now merged in to the same conversation thread.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sprinklr helps us to communicate with customers across multiple social media channels on a single platform. It is also great to be able to customise columns with the addition of filters that pick out keywords, so that we can prioritise some messages over others.
What do you like best?
The interface is pretty clean and its customisable to display the data I need in order to post on social platforms
What do you dislike?
Slightly strange learning curve. It took me a while to figure out the buttons without watching a tutorial or being advised.

Allows me to funnel posts from multiple people in order to ensure singular business messages is maintained.
What do you like best?
I like the convenience of Sprinklr, the system is designed well and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are friendly and listen to feedback. Good training courses to help us understand new updates and features. Customer service is always around to help and the new features including case management have really improved our productivity.
What do you dislike?
Things do tend to go wrong quite frequently and affects our productivity and stats. When they edit something for us there always seems to be unexpected consequences. However, these are eventually rectified.

Efficiency in answering queries from multiple platforms and allocating messages to an ever growing team. Also, helps us to collect data regarding our customers, query types and helps us to track campaigns and common themes.

The layout makes things easy to navigate and use.

Finding previous contacts can be annoying at times

What do you like best?
The ability to create different queues based on key words or promotions. They layout of the UI is great as well

Their are a couple of bugs that become annoying. The built in spell check is not great either.
