Nothing - I received an unsolicited email from them offering me $20 to review their product here.

Paying for reviews is despicable. I refuse to give this company a positive review.

None, I haven't even used their product yet. I signed up intending to write a full review for my blog, but that review got put on the back burner while I worked on other articles.

I am so frustrated with Social Pilot, that I find it difficult to think of something.

Bad support. Bad support. Bad support. Did I mention bad support?

Nothing
I had to pay 1 month without using their services. They don't analyze for Instagram. They dont give refund.Their conference and support systems are very bad be careful and stay away!
I've tried social pilot twice and both times I was disappointed. I feel like I wasted time and money. The tool does not work what so ever. I linked my accounts then it took me back to the screen to link accounts, but tells me the accounts are linked. I've done this several times and get the same results...

What are the best aspects of this product?
The only good thing about this site is its low prices.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Not all of the messages or mentions get picked up by Social Pilot, which requires you once again to supplement the tool with using the native platforms themselves to properly monitor and respond to consumers so there is a constant uncertainty.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Should improve interface as it is very buggy.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I wasn't able to solve any problem with this problematic app.
