What do you like best?
It's really basic analytics tool with basic features. The only plus is you can compare a few social accounts in a few minutes.
What do you dislike?
Their support is the worst I have ever seen. I'm having troubles with Facebook integration and they're just ignoring my messages. I can't use the tool and I'm paying customer.

I bought this deal when on a lifetime deal in Appsumo. They started to add limitations and make the life of users pretty difficult. The support sucks, since they check messages only 1 time a week (according to them, and they sticked a huge green bar inside the account saying "UPGRADE".
Don't get this, horrible service, terrible owners.

The service could be great, but the owners lack emotional intelligence, and they pretty much change the deal frequently to force you to upgrade.

Don't get this, horrible service, terrible owners.
The owners don't answer on social media and they delete all the posts complaining about the company, just try yourself.
Go to their Linkedin and post something talking the true about the company, they will delete it

They deleted my account (and from a lot of users) without explanation. They good the money from Appsumo, allowed us to use the accounts for a while and deleted a lot of the LTD accounts.

My main idea was to use this for social intelligence, but the owner made the life pretty hard.
What do you like best?
the analytics were ok - when they worked. The original dashboard was pretty nice but then they turned around and messed with it and it wasn't as good moving forward. I really had high hopes for this product.
They introduced grouping a while back that made it easier to keep things separate which was nice.
What do you dislike?
Clunky and unreliable product. We tried it for a while on our lifetime purchase but had to shelve it because of all of the issues they were having.
Company reneged on their original arrangement with many lifetime deal purchasers who were early adopters of the product. These are the people who invested in the product before it was even functional. These people are now being jettisoned with no reason given.
When we reached out to customer service to find out what the rationale was for this, the answer was that we "violated their t&c". Nothing more. Considering we weren't even using the product for months prior, this made no sense. It's been radio silent ever since.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't expect them to get back to you with support. It can take weeks.
Don't expect them to adhere to any type of arrangement you make with them. They change the terms to suit their needs regardless of what agreements are in place.

We were able to see high level metrics comparisons for a while before the integrations broke. Comparing side by side metrics was something that we really liked when it was available.

It's a really basic analytics tool with basic features. It depends on Facebook API and those guys can't figure out how to fetch advanced data from FB.

Their support is THE WORST I have ever seen. I'm having trouble with Facebook integration and they're literally just ignoring my messages. I can't use the tool and I'm a paying customer. Not anymore, of course.
P.S. They don't like bad reviews. So, they are doing those kinds of things like restricting access to paid accounts, etc. :-(
