What do you like best?
I like that I can add tracking parameters and just click a button to append them to links
What do you dislike?
I hate the layout. I think it's clunky and the optimization feature doesn't really work. We have noticed less engagement since using it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are supposed to be solving the problem of posting and engagement, but I haven't really seen any so far. The benefits should be being able to post to social media within seconds of a new post being published.

I like the real time date our company can receive from our social media pursuits

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The most ideal times to make posts on our social media platforms. Social Flow has allowed us to reach more consumers at ideal times and we learned there is no standard time to always post about our products.
What do you like best?
The optimize feature is hands down the best part of Social Flow. It's set a new standard and it saves so much time compared to manually scheduling everything.
What do you dislike?
- The interface looks old. I wish there was an option to more closely view published messages and queues.
- I wish it was possible to view metadata for Twitter as you can for Facebook.
- The "audience resonance" algorithm is not great and extremely random. Sometimes it actually creates problems by sending similar items out at the same time.
- I wish there was an option to window posts to optimize in batches, or set up some kind of rhythm for scheduled posts so that there is less manual work to be done. This need is something I especially notice over weekends when I need to queue a couple hundred posts across several verticals within specific time windows that are always the same — I wish that I could create a preset for scheduling posts on such a regular basis.
- It's easy to recycle posts from Twitter to Facebook but not the other way around, which is annoying.

It isn't perfect, but it is the industry standard.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Social Flow to keep our social presence active when we are not in the office. I especially like it as the person in charge of our brand's organic social management as the queueing/scheduling ability helps me to effectively cover for myself when I am out of office.
What do you like best?
I love that you can post native video directly to Facebook using SocialFlow. I also like the ability to view analytics on a post in real-time. It's nice that the "queue" and "messages published" are side by side.
What do you dislike?
When we started using the platform, we thought it was supposed to be the end-all, be-all for social media scheduling tools. SocialFlow touts themselves as having this crazy algorithm which can fully predict the most optimal time for your post to go out. We've used SocialFlow for almost a year, and we've dialed back a lot (as we've experimented and FAILED using the optimization tool) so that now we only let the tool optimize posts for an hour to two at a time. So we're basically back to pushing posts at super-specific times....Just like with our last tool. Other headaches: I wish the toggling between accounts/social platforms was a better experience. Sometimes I get confused about which one I'm on (FB, Twitter, G+) and end up scheduling something for a different channel. Also, I would like to be able to view the author of a specific post without having to click to edit a post. The resonance predictor tool isn't helpful either--don't think it is actually right.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't trust the optimization tool. When we first started using the product, we let our posts optimize for a whole week--meaning we set a post and gave it the option to go out from first thing Monday morning to last thing on Friday night. The algorithm would push all the posts out as late as it could, and our clicks were TANKING.

Honestly, not a whole lot. We have a lot of team members sharing the responsibility of scheduling to social media, but SocialFlow makes it extremely hard for us to stay organized as a team, so we've had to revert to scheduling, coordinating, and planning via a Google spreadsheet and then we transfer our posts over to SocialFlow when they're ready to go.

The social insights aspect is top notch but otherwise limited.

Restrictions outwith social. I could have spent more time to explore the limits.
