This thing does not even come close to working. You have to do more manual work than anything at socialbu. The Twitter feed does not read correctly. Nothing posts correctly. The automated things turns off after every attempt at a post and I showed them how I made the same app at IFTT and how that literally worked all night long like clock work whereas there app turned off 7 hours ago doing nada ll night long. This is another classic case where these people are selling product that is not a working product. This should NOT be for sale. It does not work. It never worked. I have tried this thing at least 12 times with 12 different accounts since last year and the thing never worked. NOT EVER. They have not progressed or cared to fix anything and as a matter of fact, they digressed because they can only retrieve tweets at Twitter if its posted by them which makes zero sense because if you post it anyway manually, what are we using this for? Same goes with why it turns off constantly. The thing is a joke. They cant even and wont even show me a working product or how to fix it. They want to do meetings to determine why their feeds do not work. It makes no sense because of it worked, we would not have to be talking about anything which is something I am not sure why people have not grasped. Its easy cause and effect. if it worked, we would never have to contact them opt write this in a forum. Its not brain surgery. Sell working products only. This does not work. not even close and not ever. And, its not been a lack of trying it. I gave them a year to progress and they have gotten worse. I still cannot believe this Nuevo thing where people sell product and programs that do not work. I will never understand how that is allowed. Its crazy to me. You need to sell a working product and that's it. Not anything less or more. it should work without issue. This element that does not adhere to this is horrid. They are just horrible for small businesses or for people in business that try these things that dont work. Its horrible. Its such a waste.

Great website. It works good

We wish we had discovered SocialBu earlier. It is truly a lifesaver and saved a lot of our time in managing our social media accounts. Their customer support is amazing and the platform itself is so easy to use!
