What are the best aspects of this product?
None, i'm just stuck because i started here. I havent had the time to rebuild the deck elsewhere.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Too many bugs, no solutions from their customer 'success' team.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
no bugs
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There was a bug with their pie chart that made it look like a 5 year-old made it. I wasted three hours eight months ago and their final solution was to get their designers to fix it. One would think that they have had enough time to fix the bug, yet here we are again eight months later and still the same problem. So i can make no edits to my chart since they turned it into a graphic file last time. I wasted another hour this time only to be talked down to about how they have over 400k users so they don't really care that I wasted my time, that they haven't fixed the issue and that I'm in a bind. Awful customer service.

What do you like best?
- Coolest tool to create decks without design expertise.
- Provides Ready to use templates and AI based templates.
- This tool gives Suggestions and customization based on subject which is in short great use of AI.
- Sample decks from big and trendy player of market like Uber, Airbnb are always provided by this tool to keep yourself updated.
What do you dislike?
You might feel bit annoy while using tool initially with MS office shortcuts like Ctrl+z which are bit slow in execution due it cloud based accessibility .
They may improve upon their for live chat support but eventually that becomes better when you opt premium version.
But honestly there not too much to dislike. This tool is going really well in their direction and getting improved on day on day basis.

This is one of the best tool to have when you want good designed Deck in short time without Design expert Professional.
Really good for the startups and academicians who love to play around creativity.

- I am using this tool from my university and it has been great helper for me.
- Provides the flexibility to make your Deck/work Private or public for collaboration.
- Deck prepared in the tool can be converted to any format for like .pptx etc so that it can be used interchangeably
- wide range of templates across all the segments like business, Academics, Startups, Marketing, sales, makes it quick task.
- Graphs, emoticons search access is very much similar to google search indexing which make it easy to try and test out various design to show best iconic form of the numbers and figures.
- Also, it maintains the mini social community like which helps in analyzing which template is trending the most and how many users had used it and how many are liking it.
- Provides the clustering and well organized structure of the Related contents for future reference.
- Pitch deck can be uploaded on Custom URL so that they can be directly access from any public internet.

I liked the templates in slidebean.
It is very easy to use and that means it saves time.
It is having very nice professional templates which makes our presentations more good and formal.
What do you dislike?
Since i am using it, i didn't faced any problem yet.
So i don't have any dislikes for Slidebean.
