What do you like best?
Once a session is established, the software works reasonably well at controlling remote PCs, transferring files, and delivering basic chat functionality with end user.
What do you dislike?
This product is unreliable. Frequently disconnected from running sessions, frequently unable to login, un-attended systems fail to respond to connection requests. In delivering real time support to end users this created unnecessary frustrations and delays on both sides. This is why I actively recommend not using this product.

We deliver remote support within our managed IT services practice. This product meets the basic requirements to service this business need.

It is fairly intuitive. I could get it to work without any special training.

It takes time to get it work the way needed.

The ability to remotely connect to client computers to quickly perform technical support.
What do you dislike?
I have had quite a few problems trying to connect to certain client computers using the software. Also when telling clients to go to the website, the word "fast" is frequently misheard.

Trustworthy and seamless way of working with support on computer issues.

As a customer of support teams who use this application it all flows wonderfully - I barely even know that it's in use. Nothing to complain about.

Works flawlessly on a variety of platforms, has never failed to function as needed so long as remote client has active network connection

Id prefer the option to have it start up running as a service, as it is almost always the first step required when doing any sort of remote work.

We have a central IT office with a primarily remote work force. This sort of product saves us so much time and effort on support.
