What do you like best?
I liked the idea of creating surveys and generating reports from them
What do you dislike?
I dislike the cost, the layout, the customer service, and the overall operation.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I would look around for other options that don't cost as much and give you the same. Plus, if you ever have a question good luck getting customer service to return and of your calls/e-mails. I've had an issue that I called about a month ago, sent a follow up e-mail, called again and was told twice that I would have our account manger reach out to us but I have not heard anything in weeks.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were using it to provide evaluations for our clients to fill out.
What do you like best?
Customer service was really nice and pretty quick at responding (not as quick as others).
What do you dislike?
Price is ridiculous and not worth it when others gave me a one year trial for free. As a doctoral student doing a research project money is important and free vs ridiculous price, no question free with immediate customer service wins.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the money it might be good, but when other companies do the exact same thing and give you a free year to try it out you do the math. No much to think about unfortunately. My recommendation would be to keep looking unless money doesn’t matter and if it doesn’t matter keep looking cause you will still get more for less.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not solving anything cause I couldn’t even try it. Zero benefits other than having to do research to find more companies that do the same thing.

It is a simple web platform for online surveying and questionnaires. It is pretty easy to use and implement in the process of the daily work.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Switching to QuestionPro was a bad decision! How can they ask for $2000 for a year and they don't have simple calculation of two fields!? I can't understand that. Customer support is really poor. They are extremely hard to reach!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see a simple calculation field embedded in the application!

What do you like best?
Cost efficient, cheaper than SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics. Customer support is slow but very nice and easy to work with.
What do you dislike?
The support team is very slow to respond - the people that I worked with were located overseas and it would take 7-10 hours to get a response (and it would be overnight. Overall it wasn't efficient to work with this company for this reason.
Recommendations to others considering the product
The survey builder is pretty nice and has a lot of features. I would not recommend QuestionPro for building out a user panel.

We were trying to get surveys sent out and build a panel through QuestionPro. Our engagement rate was low through QuestionPro - the users we recruited through QuestionPro did not like the format.
