Terrible company that ties people into 12 month rolling contracts without telling you. To opt out you have to give them advance warning, otherwise they just auto-renew for 12 months, so if you ask to cancel after using them for 13 months for example, they won't cancel the agreement until 24 months is up - staff are rude and arrogant so I presume this is the only way they can stop customers from leaving too soon.
What do you like best?
I like the platform layout - email build is very easy
What do you dislike?
The worst thing is that we have 5 different profiles and you can't use an email template designed in 1 profile in another profile, meaning designing 5 emails - a "copy & paste" feature would be good

The saving function can be a bit hit & miss, no function to pause a send once it has started.

Some basic problems were never resolved over multiple years of asking. Quite a basic platform but you get what you pay for.

Email sending made simple.
What do you like best?
The platform is simple and easy to use for setup of email campaigns. It allows multiple members of the team to collaborate in the design, content and segmentation.
What do you dislike?
The design WYSIWYG is quite clunky and does not give much flexibility when creating templates.

Pure360 allows us to send out email campaigns and accurately report on open rates, click throughs and inform future creation of campaigns.
What do you like best?
Its interface is quite friendly and easy to navigate, which allowed me to use the application quite interactive and didactic, its customer service team is quite helpful and quick when it comes to answering any request or concern that I have. presented, also the fact that they allow me to carry out my email marketing campaigns in a fairly simple way and that in turn they give me advice to improve them seems to me quite exceptional.
What do you dislike?
It would be quite interesting if the reports that the application emits could be exported to other formats to visualize them better

I have been using it to create an email marketing campaign to advertise my products, this technology is not my thing, so it has always been difficult for me to do this type of thing but this application has been quite useful since it allows me to do everything I need quite easily.
