What do you like best?

My company uses Peakon for employee satisfaction surveys.

What do you dislike?

They won't send out daily surveys, only weekly ones which makes it annoying to actually gauge employee satisfaction.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Right now it is not the proper product to use when trying to run daily employee satisfaction surveys. That being said, it can be very useful if you only need to gather data on a weekly basis.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're trying to figure out employee satisfaction by sending out short surveys to employees.

What do you like best?

Simple to set up and launch, reporting capabilities. Reporting functionalities normally are great. Very straight forward and user friendly. We have not used manager access as we use this platform globally and not all of our regions ready for that yet. However the functionality is there for more autonomous cultures.

What do you dislike?

Not flexible and comprehensive enough. Workday integration comes in only Premium package. However when we wanted to our survey and change the order of engagement question, it changed everything. We were not able to use dashboard anymore since we change the order of engagement question. This should be solved by the system team as the order of only one question should not be the game breaker.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great for those looking for a simple and lean solution. Workday comes in Premium package only so it means you have to pay extra. There are other platf orms offer this service for free. Their customer support team is lovely and very friendly.

What do you like best?

Jobs can be stressful, so it is very important for a manager to focus on employees' satisfaction. Great employee morale improves their productivity and the workplace environment. Peakon helps me keep track of employee's satisfaction and their feedback throughout the year instead of just during the annual feedback surveys.

We use the graphs and chart representations generated by Peakon to give reports and presentations to our human resource department.

What do you dislike?

We have used Peakon for over 3-4 years and we have not found anything dissatisfying. The feedback forms and the Dashboard are really easy to use so there is no room for confusion.

If you truly want your workplace to be more motivated, energetic and satisfied with the work environment, you should use Peakon. You can make changes and improvements faster and more effectively with Peakon.

It really helps increase employee satisfaction because they feel they are being heard and their voice matters. Employees hesitate to give honest feedback physically but they become franker online with anonymity. Peakon helps us implement suggestions faster.
