Marg Patriot Payroll

this company has created one problem after another for me, the program is very basic and easy to use, but lacks major functionality of a full-service program like QuickBooks --- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Patriot Customer Service has been hit or miss, took me 3 representative to answer a simple question, because they decided to disconnect all my accounts and delete months worth of data without warning and no one could tell me why! I would NOT recommend using them, even if you have a very simple business!!!!!!

i think that holding employee checks for 10 days is robbery.that what your program automicly does when I do payroll

In the short time I have been a client, Patriot has messed-up my payroll by not filing required government reports, causing me to spend a fair amount of time to get it corrected. Even worse, they would not own it until I got past the first line of "customer service."Also, my account fee has been raised by about 50% since I signed-up.I would leave in a heart beat if it wasn't such a pain.

I'm very disappointed that 10 days ago I requested ONE updated quarterly report from last year, and I STILL don't have it!! It's nothing complicated, just one report. Surely it's just a couple of clicks to produce?? I was told it's "first come, first served" for updated reports. Really? Pretty sure it will take someone less than a minute to do. Hopefully they can this simple task happen before I have to file my taxes.. in about 3 weeks. We'll see....

No-one ever returned my call. Terrible service.
