What do you like best?
Easy to find group chats for work. Confusing with all the policies and ads mixed in together. The points don’t count towards anything with my company so I have no motivation.
What do you dislike?
How hard it is to locate everything else such as looking at pay stubs or pay periods.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Easy to talk with all employees.
What do you like best?
The group chats make it easy to contact everyone within a certain department. This makes communication much easier than individually messaging everyone.
Being able to include everyone brings a team closer together.
What do you dislike?
The way Nudge is used at our company allows for a person to collect points, however, the points are not used for anything further.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would easier to motivate staff if the rewards were linked to some sort of prize or incentive.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest problems we face is engaging with everyone at this same time. With different types of messaging systems it is difficult to create group chats that everyone can be apart of. Having Nudge leads to a more inclusive team.
What do you like best?
We have a lot of employees who work out in the field and are rarely in the office. This was a great tool to connect with them and make sure they felt like they were part of our office team. Very easy to implement and learn
What do you dislike?
Nothing overall but unfortunately, some of our staff was not as engaged with this as I would have liked. Not an Nudge issue but stopped us from utilizing it further.

Gave those who may not have been in the office a bigger say in office decisions.

The ability to connect with frontline associates
What do you dislike?
Not available on desktop. Understand the app, however for some that are not tech-savvy, this could help increase adoption.

Make sure you have a dedicated person who understands your business - to drive business objectives, and that leadership and other key stakeholders consider driving this across the industry. Without successful leaders to drive, this platform would not be as successful as it is. Embrace technology.

An immediate connection to the frontline, education, awareness of best practices, innovations, technology, career development, and driving transparency around company initiatives.
What do you like best?
The associates really seem to enjoy it especially the community building sections such as spark sessions where they can see each others activities and also providing cheers.
What do you dislike?
Too early to say. I think there are opportunities to improve campaign reporting.
