PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
There is obviously a free trial, which doesn't always stand for painless transition. That's why I'm going to push harder on price here, I think the price is awesome. Together with affordability, Mindflash beats competition with easiness, course creation/distribution simplicity, and responsive support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes, it looks like the program is done just to be done, you know. It lacks critical functionality, something like question banks on final exams (they probably considered only exam-free training), reporting tools, limited quiz formats and suggestive questions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used to spend much more time on creating courses than we spend now, and the quality was not even half that good. We saved some money too. I don't think we had any other special benefits, maybe just team efficiency as a positive collateral effect.

What are the best aspects of this product?
2013 was the breaking year for us, that's when we discovered Mindflash and made the permanent decision to use it. Our clients like it, and we like it that our clients like it. Needless to say, we like it ourselves. Technically speaking, the software provides for online courses and trainings, it stores information, it helps us schedule meetings and events, and keeps everybody informed about everything. Best of all-The system never fails! I mean never-ever!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When I create courses, I am repeatedly annoyed by the fact that their allotted description space is so small. I don't think users can understand what the course is about, and I think that stops many of them from even opening the course to check it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are the main providers of organized training in our branch. We have to (and we want to) give people easy access and simple, but useful service, and we do that quite awesome. Easiness is not overrated, it is simply indispensable without a strong help desk behind.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Courses like this, courses like that, courses, courses, and more courses! It's not just about what we provide, it is about the precious knowledge we get from interacting with numerous customers. Once you've uploaded a course (and that happens in the blink of an eye), you can lean back and watch customers use it since it will be available for many years to come. I think its success is also due to their wonderful interface, it is just...different!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a problem all Mindflash users have, and that's reporting. In this aspect, I think the dev team confused availability for efficiency, and they expected us to know what we're doing by simply being given the chance to report. I think they considered their own needs while developing it, or maybe somebody else's. They didn't consider mine for sure. While this is something I can 'swallow' and move ahead, I don't feel as if they were considering my needs now. For example, they take at least 4 hours to resolve an issue, and I hate how I always have to remind them of time difference. Not professional at all!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We make amazing courses, and we make those courses available to everybody. Our expenditures are low, which is why we can afford to offer similarly low prices. Then, the platform is nothing alike traditional learning-we entertain users with quizzes, motivational videos, and frequent updates.
