What do you like best?
When we stopped using it. It was very difficult to learn how to utilize K2 and incredibly frustrating.
What do you dislike?
Pretty much everything but specifically when we were using it for forms and trying to build forms. I felt like we did not get the support we needed.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were unable to utilize K2 for the problem that we needed. We spent a month trying to modify K2 to work for our needs and did not.

What do you like best?
Our small internal IT team no longer had to manage app development in our SharePoint environment as this was shifted to centralized teams.
What do you dislike?
There was little support at the user level as we rolled out K2 Appit.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our team had already built automated Sharepoint workflows for communication and inventory management that we migrated into K2 Appit.

What do you like best?
Workflow layout in the designer. Easy to see the entire flow of the workflow.
What do you dislike?
Having to double click wizards and click next to get to the step you want to edit. Wish there was a quick look to go right to the spot you need to edit.
Issues following updates/upgrades to the tool.

K2 Cloud has a very clean user interace.

I do not like that the environment is web based.

The K2 platform is available as K2 Cloud AND K2 Five, so we do offer both on-premises and cloud deployment options.
Our choice to provide a web-based development was made to ensure portability and convenience, and minimal client configuration, to allow rapid development of responsive applications that work on the desktop as well as mobile devices. But we recognize that there are trade-offs there, and some developers prefer a full desktop environment.

Most of all, how nowadays it's polished and works great of the box
(it wasn't always like that, but now it is).
What do you dislike?
K2 strategy of gauging prices in the last few years, it drove many customers away and made it hard to sell
