It's amazing how bad they can be, when you believe they have reached the lowest levels of disservice they manage to amaze you and get even worse. Their customer service is a joke, so useless and ridiculous. The app works half day every ten, and even if you write emails to the supposed customer service they will never answer you or even consider reimbursing you for the money already spent that you lose for problems that they cause. What they care about is that you pay, then any problem (and there will be lots of problems) that arises from there on will be your business and if the app doesn't work it's just your problem. This, in my opinion, is fraudulent behavior. Don't trust them, save your money and time and look for someone serious who can do the job, giving them money or throwing it out the window will have the exact same effect. The only positive reviews they managed to collect are people they personally asked to review, probably for a fee or days of free use of their app, which still doesn't work and therefore remains a rip off.

Don't recommend Instamber! In the moment you log in you become suspicious for Instagram. In order to avoid it i bought a proxy on Instamber's website, what was actually blacklisted by Instagram. They promised to refund, but this actually never happened. Their app also doesn't work properly. If the bot does even one like i get blocked for a day. Within one month follow function got blocked twice for a week even if i set up the limit for lover, than i was following manually before. The bot was doing often 20-30 % of the limit. Customer service is responsive, but not supportive. Avoiding to answer questions. If you care about your account avoid their services.

September 15 I purchased $21 worth of credits to start promotions for my account. Immediately upon payment and establishing the start of my account, I was hit with the "Network Error Occurred" and wasn't able to do anything. I submitted my concerns via the support page. I've heard nothing back. I've sent a direct email. Nothing. Now, I can't even access my account to do anything because it says "Proxy not configured or proxy app not installed." I had already installed the app and was connecting fine, now I'm not connecting at all. They took my money and I haven't gotten an ounce of anything from them.This is completely unprofessional and I won't be recommending this to anyone.UPDATE: Instamber's reply to this message is not even close to the truth. Yes, Instagrams algorithms have changed. That has nothing to do with the fact that they took my payment, and then I couldn't even connect to their service, when I had NO ISSUES during the free 3 day trial.It has nothing to do with the fact that I have asked for a reimbursement of credits bc all of a sudden I had zero when I had 33 and hadn't been able to use the service at all. I didn't get them reimbursed still to this day (Oct 17th 2019), more than a month since paying for them. It has nothing to do with the fact that I've asked for a complete refund of my money going on 3 weeks now with the only response in that time period being, "No problem. Also, please remove your review from Trustpilot." So, yeah, this has nothing to do with Instagrams algorithms. It has everything to do with Instamber's bs and unprofessional, shady nonsense. I have still yet to be refunded, I've still yet to actually have a conversation with someone. STAY AWAY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Signed up for a week. No one answered my questions through email or online chat. Has no customer service at all. And my account get block after the trial.

This is my second review. I have sent multiple emails to the support staff requesting a refund. Both via the support page and the listed email address (support@instamber) I still attempt to use the product since I am paying for it. One day it works.. the next several it is useless, usually useless. This review name does not match my company name, though I sign my email with my name above and my phone number. That is irrelevant to not receiving support or communication from these people. They will respond here like they are useful. Don't let that fool you. I'm still being charged while they "work out the problems" I'm not out a lot of money so it's not huge, this is about business, ethics, and principles. They have none, 0, likely ran by a someone who is in way over his head, capitalizing on people looking for a tool to help automate basic operations of IG. They will claim they are working on algorithms, and IG changed things.. AND. What's your point? That is not my problem. If you sell a product that doesn't work it is YOUR problem. 101.. you stop selling it. FYI in case you didn't know. Very unprofessional. You should be ashamed of yourself. Be an adult, own you stuff, or shut it down. I'm not done here until I get a full refund.**I've also run the gamut of testing and downloading, various apps they push to you to help with proxy etc. No dice. Changed targets for likes etc. to keep fresh, works about 10% of the time and randomly.
