What do you like best?
The many options they offer to do during the event but is so complex we ended not using many.
What do you dislike?
So hard to use. Not user oriented at all, we had to hire a freelancer and even he didn't know how to fully operate it.
They offer a service line that has 0 enthusiasm to help and are more sales people than actual support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont do it unless you are a full expert in programming.

I was trying to transform my biggest physical event of the year into digital.
What do you like best?
Good landingpage, virtual meetup features and polls/chat functions.
What do you dislike?
Unfortunately the user experience was not so good - even when we tested many times before going live and we had multiple meetings with their tech team to solve issues during testing but - during our 4 days of 'going live' we encountered the same and new issues :
1. people not able to connect webcams
2. bad image quality of connected webcams (the HD streaming is only availalbe in the most expensive plan...)
3. many people (especially on the last day of our event) had to refresh multiple times their screen because of frozen screens , very annoying, multiple complaints
4. speakers having problems to connect on the live days - even after multiple dry-runs with them
5. their pricing plans changed overnight - the prices you see on het webpage is not what you get neither. They will send you a new pricing plan link.
6. and do not be mislead by the reviews here : ".... and the G2 crowd I've mentioned for you to have extra credits: https://www.g2.com/products/inevent/reviews "
In a nutshell for us ; promising platform with nice features, but too many hicks when it comes to real live performance to continue using it.
We asked for a refund for the not used credits we bought, what seems fair to us, but it's refused.

Virtual event platform
What do you like best?
InEvent has been a great partner for our digital events! As a Brazilian agency we have the challenge to plan, create and develop a digital event for a company in Peru, expecting over 4000 people logged at the same time. We are hosting this event using the Virtual Lobby and we expect to give a customized and high-end experience to our guests. The support and training have been very helpful so far. We hope we can accomplish all the expected results and build this successful case together.

It has helped us to gain time when it comes to event planning since everything is centralized
What do you like best?
InEvent helped us achieve our goals, specially by working smoothly during our events and by not having bugs. The CS team helped us whenever we needed and was crucial for the good results.
What do you dislike?
There are still some features that do not adapt to our events, since they are made to fairs and congresses, but the team at InEvent is diligently helping us on finding solutions to those.

Our old app had a lot of bugs and constantly crashed, so that's the main problem we solved with the InEvent app.
