What are the best aspects of this product?
iMind is a great tool for small teams or one-on-one meetings. The best aspects of this product are the free plan, good video quality, background noise suppression, and the ability to record conferences. The meeting attendees is also limited to 100 which is still a good number. You can also create up to 10 rooms for free which is more than enough for small teams. To create a meeting room, you enter the name of the room and get a link. Then just copy it and send it to the participants. To join the meeting, simply follow the link.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is one drawback with iMind. The Android and iOS apps can sometimes have minor problems with usability, but there is information that the apps will be upgraded to native in May 2022.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
iMind has helped our company to better organize and keep track of our work. It has made it easier for us to communicate with each other and work on projects together. Overall, it has made our workflows more efficient and streamlined. It's also been helpful in brainstorming sessions with colleagues.

Are you a current user of this product?
I am a current user of this product and I absolutely love it! We have been using it for about three months. It has helped me so much with focus and concentration. I would highly recommend it to anyone struggling with those issues.

Pros:

2. You can record video conferences for future use.
3. No need to worry about background noise as it has a noise suppression feature.
4. It is easy to use and cheaper than other videos conference services.

Cons:

We are pretty satisfied with the service, but it should have mobile version as well.

I used it once as an alternative to another app and now I am used to it. This is amazing as we can arrange a meeting by simply creating a room and continue without worrying about time limit. User-friendly interface and audio and visual quality of meetings is very satisfactory. It has really made virtual meetings for my organization an ease.

Honestly, I enjoy attending meetings on iMind and there is nothing that i “dislike” about it. I just loved it. The only concern I have since I am using it is that subscription charges for updates are little high (though some are very high) but the quality being provided totally justifies it. Amazing!

Discussion of work-related topics has been a lot simpler; you no longer need to wait for a team member to join, and everything is extremely clear and simple to use.
