Marg Growlee

I've been using their free trial before upgrading my plan but all automation activity stopped after the first day. I emailed support and they simply asked if I had activities enabled. I replied with a screenshot and they haven't gotten back to me since. I don't recommend this company because their service doesn't work and they have poor customer service.

Their algorithms are awful, I ended up with loads of follows from 50 year old men which were not my target (I was targetting females interested in skincare). They were spamming completely irrelevant accounts with messages, it was embarrasing I had to deactivate it immediately. I decided to grow my account myself, and Growlee then claimed the followers I gained were because of them (even though i had clearly deactivated my account with them!). Terrible experience, do not do this if you want relevant followers.

Instagram threatened to shut down my account. I emailed Growlee about this and the NEVER RESPONDED. After paying hundreds of dollars for their service. They'll just take your money. RUN AWAY

I really wanted to like Growlee and I have been trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves over the last month before leaving a review, but it's past the point of return. When I first signed up, it worked great for the first few days...then it stopped working. They advertise their service includes 24/7 customer support but as others have mentioned, it take DAYS to get a response from anyone and most of their responses barely address your issues and feel like a generic response and don't apologize for any inconvenience or take ownership. They "reset" my account and it worked for a few days, and then stopped working again. And it's been a continuous cycle of this for almost a month now.They have extended my subscription a couple of times after I asked for either a refund or a free month (they gave me 5 days the first time and then increased it to 2 weeks the second time). The last time they responded to me they told me I shouldnt be using my Instagram at all myself because it will cause problems with my account which seems ridiculous - I wanted Growlee to help boost my engagement but not cut out my personal engagement altogether. I can't follow anyone new or simply like a post on my own because I'm told it will make my Growlee not work properly. At this point my Growlee account hasn't been working properly for about a full week now and I'm pretty convinced if they fix it, it's just going to stop working again in a couple days, so I don't plan on continuing with them after my subscription is up. And I do not recommend them to anyone. Unless you feel like checking on it every single day to make sure it works, then send emails every single week trying to repeatedly get them to fix it. I have gained some followers and in theory I like the idea of their service, the site is user friendly and I like customized options you can set.... but it just doesn't work smoothly and their customer service is awful. It's not worth the frustration it's caused me and I don't want to use a service that tells me I can't use my Instagram on my own at all.

I tried the free trial and Instagram suspended my account for suspicious activity within the first day of the trial as the service goes against instagrams community guidelines.Update,now after applying your suggestions and using your service again I get a 6 day block from Instagram, and you expect people to pay for this? your service is an absolute joke and not worth even a trial!
