What are the best aspects of this product?
The scheduling feature is top notch. You can actually set it up such that you a certain message or post will go live at a particular time on all your social media accounts. This form of scheduling allows you to keep track of what to post for your followers to see and read. The time to schedule is determined by when your followers are most active. It even has a calendar where you can see all the posts which are scheduled and at what time they will be expected to go live. Apart from scheduling, it offers you a platform on which you can write a post and send it to your social media accounts in real-time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is the best so far I have used. However, the pricing is a little bit not what I was looking for. When it comes to functionality, is limited in so many ways. This may be due to the limitation in terms of applications it has. It would be better if the developers of the tool added a few more applications to help correct and reinforce the existing features for efficiency of the tool in social media accounts management. Despite all these, it is a great tool to help you get started on being a social media manager as it has more to other than most similar tools in the market.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been able to schedule multiple recurring messages and posts for our broadcast on social media. For example, when we want to post contests to our followers, we can schedule them in a recurring process until the contest ends. This way, we will be able to drive the focus on those contests to our followers and that is why we repeat the messages in different time frames. On top of that, we can schedule a date to end the recurring messages if the objective has been met and there is no need to proceed with updating it on social media for our followers. For our affiliate marketing program, we can schedule a link or product in the form of a recurring message to automate the entire process. It also offers a chance for multiple users to access the tool which brings about coordination and collaboration in a team.

It has become a tool that helps us to post content on social media with while it adheres to compliance. We have sites for our sales staff and also social media. All these work hand in hand to ensure that sales increase while we market our product to the target market. With Gremlin we are able to accomplish many things we did not have before. For example posting with ease on social media sites and still being able to comply with the relevant standards. Apart from that, customer support has been reliable and highly responsive towards the issues we have with the tool. This has made easier on our part and we can only enjoy what the product has in store for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is all good with this product as it provides reliable compliance and publishing of content on social media sites. However, there is the need to improve on the reporting functionality of the tool especially on Facebook and Twitter. However, for our case, we have a monitoring software on the side which helps to solve this problem. We are able to use in in collecting data and analyzing it on those social media platforms. In spite of all that, we can use Gremlin to manage our workflow and adherence to compliance for the publishing we make on social media platforms.

We deal with banking services which means we have to deal with handling of the sensitive data. On that note, Gremlin has come of age to help us comply with the relevant industry standards when we post on social media sites. Also, for the part of documentation or archiving we can use this product to help us comply with the regulators in the industry. In short, we have become reliable in our sales and marketing efforts while we share content on social media for our customers. This means that we do not have to worry if we are doing things right as the tool does that for us by assuring us of compliance.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It has made it possible to manage multiple social media accounts without much effort. For example, I have 3 company and one personal twitter account, LinkedIn and Facebook. Whenever I want to post something on all the platforms, I can access Gremlin, write the post and then send to all of the social media accounts with only a single click. The software saves a lot of time and effort on my part and helps me to stay up to date with what is happening. Apart from that, I can schedule when and at what time to post content depending von when my followers engage the most on social media.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are very few things you can say negative about this tool. It has made life simple on my part and I can ask for much from it. However, there is one thing that I have to mention. It does not offer a functionality whereby you can search for a person, you have not followed, on Twitter. The functionality may be there but I have not yet found it. Whenever I want to search for a Twitter user, I cannot do it while on Gremlin. I have to go back to twitter and look for them there. It can be annoying at times and if the feature is not there, it would be better if it was updated in the tool.

We have gone from managing many social media accounts separately to managing them in one place. It helps to create seamless support for any social media manager. If you have different or multiple accounts, it is possible to view them on one page and post content with ease. Apart from that, it saves time when it comes to updating content on social media accounts. You only need to login to Gremlin and make a post from there on all of your accounts. It also has a scheduling feature which allows you to schedule tweets at a time when you want the post to go live. On top of that, it is possible to see how your followers are engaging on Twitter through re-tweets and when you are mentioned in a tweet.

It is seamless is in terms of functionality. Once you have multiple social media accounts to manage, you can use Gremlin to make your work easier. It helps you to save time when you want to post content on all the social media sites you manage. The program offers a dashboard that helps you to view all the sites such that, you do not have to switch from one site to the next if you want to post content for your followers. You can do it on the same platform which saves the time and effort. Also, you can bring in multiple users on the programs to help validate the content to be uploaded in the social media accounts. This helps with the compliance needs and requirements. You can also pull up reports and data on how your followers are engaging with your posts and content so that you can monitor their behavior and come up with the best marketing strategy for your business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is an agile tool with powerful features for managing social media sites. With this tool, you will be able save a lot of time and adhere to compliance when managing social media accounts. However, it does not offer support to social media platforms such as Instagram. However, this is expected as Instagram is not similar to other social media platforms and thus control of such a platform is difficult if not impossible, with a tool such as Gremlin. All in all, we are happy with what this product has to offer as we can see the positive results.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our role as a bank is to make sure that customers and other businesses we have partnered with get the information they need including what is happening with us. We have been able to utilize what social media has to offer by communicating with the stakeholders, who are customers, and engaging them on social media. Thanks to Gremlin, we can now schedule posts and increase traffic to our 5 branches in 5 towns. Through social media interactions, we can target customers who are close by to visit our branches which will in turn increase sales on the same. With such objectives, we have found out that Gremlin as the capacity and ability to deliver based on what we are looking for.
