What do you like best?
It just works right away, without any setup. Also anyone can join with the same link as the one I use.
What do you dislike?
The UI needs some polishing and the video/audio had a bit of lag with lots of users, but it didn't cause any problems with the stream and I'm sure they'll work out the issues once it's out of beta.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's useful for impromptu meetings, with no setup and no programs to install. Anyone can join and it's simple to use.
What do you like best?
One of the strengths of Gotalk is that none of the participants will have to register to join the video call. In fact, we only have to access the web and create a link for the rest of the participants to join the video call. For example, we can use the name of our company to make it easy to remember: gotalk.to/companyname.
In this way, everyone who clicks on the link will instantly access the conversion. In particular, Gotalk is compatible with desktop browsers (the company recommends using Chrome, iOS and Android. Although Gotalk has several payment plans, it also offers a free mode that may be interesting for sporadic use (we can not make video calls of more than 30 minutes, for example.
What do you dislike?
It is important to consider the feasibility of its implementation, especially the economic factor, since the use of the platform for free has certain restrictions which could not be reconciled with companies that require a lot of gotalk time. What do you like best?
GoTalk is best and very well-known for its video conferencing capabilities. The feature that I personally like is, you create the conference link and just share it with others. The people who need to attend it doesn't require to register or create an account or download an app. A web browser it all it needs to join and use.
Live permission controlling of the mic and other features for all the joined members is one more added advantage.
Being web-based its a completely platform-independent tool. You can use it on mobile, laptop, desktop or any other device.
The screen share and onboard live chat feature are good but not so tuned as in other alternative apps.
What do you dislike?
The UI is a bit tricky. It requires more bandwidth for smooth execution of the joined session.
I encountered an issue on my Linux machine when I join the conference after an hour the machine starts getting slow a lot.
Else there is no such drawback of the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great kindoff free tool for video conferencing and video calls. Any one who needs to just conduct sessions or meetings or training or webinars, etc. the tool is just great. just create the link and forward it to the desired person/people. They can just simply join the video with the link.

We used to conduct our daily meetings, training sessions, demo sessions, etc using GoTalk.
It helped us in reducing the extra payload of creating user accounts for clients and our trainees.
What do you like best?
A very detailed communication system which allows us to make any type of room to start a conference, whether formal or informal, I love it because it worked in a correct way and a very pleasant result to maintain stable communication, it allows us to hold conferences in rooms private in HD and with a totally understandable audio, it is for this reason that I like Gotalk, it maintains a constant conference and avoids any type of error when making a virtual room you like.
What do you dislike?
I definitely do not have any negative points regarding them, they seem very complete and detailed and in addition to the fact that it is not necessary to download a software to be able to use it all, it is used through the website can be a point in favor but at the same time against because some companies find it easier to download software.

I recommend because it works, we have seen specific and pleasant results for us, it seems to me a complete and punctual communication software, due to its characteristics I recommend the service.
