What do you like best?
Fast transfers and ease of use makes it a plus in my work environment. It’s reliable and creative!
What do you dislike?
I don’t like that it takes a while to load SOMETIMES.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have support staff under you to help you with technical difficulties. It can get frustrating if you have no one trained above you showing you how to use it.

It is very easy to use. The user interface is quick and to the point.
What do you dislike?
The open ended questions provide too much room for variability. It is not truly anonymous, when responses can be associated with verbiage and process of elimination from survey takers.

We are solving to have a better pulse on employee engagement.

Comments. It's so great to get actual sentences as feedback.

It's hard to get anonymity with under 20 responses. Wish they could find a way to make comments anonymous.

The format is simple but effective. I also like the tracker at the top to show progress. On the back end, the data is super helpful for gauging employee engagement, program effectiveness and progress from previous surveys we have given our employees.

There wasn't anything i disliked about the survey

Start small. Utilize as many features as possible, as they work well and are super effective

Great data is achieved and effective for both users and administrators

The analytics for the survey results are very thorough and customizable to your needs. The surveys are visually appealing and can keep results saved if not completed in one go.

Nothing in particular. More options to export the data into raw data files would be nice.
