What do you like best?
The product works well. I used it for several years without any problem. It is easy to get remote clients connected.
What do you dislike?
They did away with the per session licensing. You sign up for a year or not at all. I am winding down my IT work and just need to have it available. Way to expensive to renew again for occasional use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you are going to be using it often, look somewhere else. They are not the only game in town.

Everything from installing printers to removing malware.

no mobile app for supporting customers when not in the office.

Fast and efficient I can support my staff members with ease.

Occasionally screens of varying resolutions can cause conflicts with my screen resolution. Ultimately a minor problem.

Unattended access is great and one time access is easy to use.

Does not work for Mac computers which I support for many of my clients

The cost. There are similar free products available.
