Shit for support and no management or supervisor will help manage the support teams operation. This is a standard India service and why americans are going back to american based email markeyting services which are growing daily.

They have the Indi business operation movement. They don't know how to get anything acomplished, You are down, and they just give yoiu lip servise with email and problem tickets, after you contact them that THEY have a problem, then they don't fixit.

American business men can't afford to use this service due to the lack of dependability of the system and the extremely poor support when it is down.

Support just stalls and it is on your dime.

Yes this is Indian Shit operation.

Get Some support people that know what they are doing. Also track the DOWN so you can manage peoples performance and fire at least 1/2 of them and hopefully you will be going in the right direction.

The simple front end without any major features.

Infact they are selling the customised version of open source software i.e mailwhizz.

It's only an email marketing software front end means you may send mails through different server integrated in a single front end.

Its only front end and if you have different mailing servers then you may use this easily with multiple servers connected on a single frontend.

EasySendy Pro. First thing tried in their free plan was the advanced autoresponders: so much variety and such ease to set up and send. Plus their advanced email list segmentation, splits test and varied SMTP relays just nailed the last hook on the wall. I am so used to see 100% email open rates in the reports everytime now. And as if they arent leaving any chance to entice me, they are coming up with social and push integrations in a few weeks.

UX is terrible - even basic stuff. Emails are listed by IDs not by title. Login field is constantly obscured by ads on the homepage. The price plan page is nearly impossible to understand.

Had bad issues with the service as well. Some recipients received all timed autoresponders at once, for example. Others were unable to unsubscribe due to 500 server errors.
