Dropbox is the best cloud syncing/storage service for personal use by far. Microsoft's solution (whatever it's called now--they keep changing its name) can't even sync properly. Google's isn't much better. Apple's only works with Apple products. And the no-name services are just garbage. Dropbox has knowledgeable tech support, unlike Microsoft, which basically has no tech support, and unlike Google, which uses clueless Indian tech support. Dropbox actually helps you fix issues. Google's phone monkeys just tell you to turn your computer off/on, then they try to get you to end the chat because they don't know what else to do.

What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the things that I have noticed with Dropbox is the appearance of its user interface. Everything that you need is laid out in front of you, plus you can easily search for files and records that you need for your work. Dropbox works at its best as long as you have a stable Internet connection in your area. It allows you to sync, upload, and share an unlimited amount of files to your recipients in just a nick of time. I highly recommend Dropbox for those who work from home because it won’t stop you from collaborating with your teammates even though you don’t see each other personally.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Now is the perfect time for Dropbox to step up their game so they can compete with free storage apps that are attractive to small enterprises. They can improve their features, adjust their rates, and improve their customer service so they can attract businesses who would eventually decide to keep a long term partnership with Dropbox.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
People look forward to working every day and being more productive, knowing that their files are well organized in specific folders. They feel empowered to share ideas and information since they can access the Dropbox system from their phones or laptops. This app gives them the capability to make fast and adequate decisions since their sources are available 24/7. It makes people feel confident that they can store confidential information, and it won't fall into the wrong hands. All you need is to add some restrictions to each file.

I love Dropbox. It has made working from home and the office seemless. I don't want to tell them, but I would pay more!
Dropbox is one of my favourite programmes. Working from home and in the office has become seamless. I'm not going to tell them, but I'd be willing to pay extra!
