I like that it integrates well with Google Analytics. I am therefore able to keep track of the paid search campaigns without much hustle. It is a must have tool if you are using paid advertising which results to phone transactions. This is because the product is easy to install into your system and track all call leads. When it comes to managing all the calls you make to your leads, this tool has the right features for that. It equips you with features that allow you to route calls and handle any incoming call from a potential client so that you can convert them easily. It is an ever evolving tool based on the requirements of the users, which means that they add more features as a result.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It provides a challenge to someone who is not used to this kind of technology. Since you will be using your phone much in managing your clients, you need to have a tight grasp of what to expect. The features can be too overwhelming at times. It gives any new user something to work with. This may not be the fault of the DialogTech team as it is the role of the user to know all the features. With the many options that this tool brings you may find yourself stuck between which option is the best to go with. Luckily, when you get the hang of things and know what you want from this product, it is great.

Since I started using this tool for more than 5 years, it has been impressive. It offers reliable and highly responsive customer support. Their customer support representatives know what they are doing. Whenever you make a call to them asking for help on a particular issue, they are always there for you. If they do not have a solution at the time, they will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible. For all those years I have been a user of DialogTech, they have been evolving with time in terms of the features they add in the tool. They address the requirements of their clients which gives users the needed support to perform better.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In terms of functionality, this tool is impressive all-round. It offers the best platform and features that allow you to convert your lead as soon as possible. However, for the long time we have been their clients, it is only once that I have seen then review the pricing on our account to ascertain that we are getting value for our money. This has not happened again which may imply that probably we are overpaying on the best part of using this tool. It would be nice if they could be reviewing our account for pricing to guarantee us that we are not paying more than we should be.

The product works fine on my end. I love the features that it brings to me. The one thing I liked about Dialogtech is the fact that it has a highly responsive and professional support team. Every time I faced a problem, I get to call them. On the other end, when I speak to customer support, I always get help with the issue that I currently have. They are very helpful and they know most of the things about what this tool offers. I do not have to worry whenever I have a problem as I know there is a team out there that will provide me with a solution. If a customer representative does not know the solution to my problem, they take time to research and then get back to me with a solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It works fine on my end. However, it has many features that are not easy to handle. For beginners, it may be too overwhelming. You have to remember and be able to use all those features. By missing just one step you might end up messing everything altogether. In the case you are a beginner, you can first take time to study all the features of this tool before implementing it in your business. This will reduce the chances of missing functionality when making calls to salespeople. Apart from that, this tool offers seamless support in terms of the features it possesses which brings results.

We have been able to effectively utilize the features that this tool has. It has become a key product for our CRM in terms of evaluating the success of our campaigns and also recording sales calls. What are the best aspects of this product?
It makes things easy. From the time you set it to when you want to set up numbers within the system. DialogTech equips us with the right skills to make the best use of the product. With our sales team, we are able to execute different actions, within the system without much hustle. Whenever we face an issue, we can reach out to the sales team or the customer support representative. They are highly responsive to our queries and do all they can to give a solution within no time. It is easy to use and train someone else where you can login to the system and see how everything is set up.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although it has great reporting features, there is still much to be done on how you can manage multiple accounts and clients. For example, it is not possible to create multiple login for different clients. This means that you have to use a single login account when you want to bring in all other clients to view the accounts. This means that you have to share the login details which can be a security issue. I would prefer each client to have their own login details for their accounts so as to guarantee security for my account. Also, the exporting feature across different accounts is not that intuitive. It is not possible to export in bulk. I would like the developers of the tool to develop an API in order to enable this feature work for the better.

It has managed to improve how well we follow up on leads. With or team on set, it is easy to follow up on a lead and convert them. DialogTech equips us with the right features to be able to track lead sources using a call. This way, you will be able to evaluate how well your advertising campaigns like the pay per click are performing. Apart from that, it helps to record calls to leads with the aim of determining their value in terms of whether they are short term customers or long term. Ours clients are able to score leads with ease thanks to the lead scoring functionality that DialogTech has.
