What do you like best?
Super easy to set up, and clients can offer feedback in as little as one click (depending on how you set it up); if you require them to identify themselves, it's not quite as quick for them.
What do you dislike?
It is a little difficult to decide what to call the three feedback options. We went with Excellent, Good, and Poor, but it feels like "Good" brings down scores a lot. I do like the simplicity of just three options, but sometimes think it might be too simple.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We've gotten valuable feedback from our clients and been able to track a CSAT score to gauge how we're doing.
What do you like best?
Love this technology to be able to manage my teams when I am not with them.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I would change is having more capabilities on there in future updates but for now it's great!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has been so useful in allowing my teams to manage themselves without me being onsite. I can track productivity and set goals from my office
What do you like best?
The product is easy to use and intuitive. It easily integrates with our business management software, ConnectWise Manage. It is intuitive enough that non-technical users are able to efficiently use the system without much help from technical staff.
What do you dislike?
There is some confusion with the survey that customers receive. For instance when a survey is sent with multiple technicians associated, all technicians are selected by default. Several times customers have clicked on a technician that they would like to leave feedback for believing that they are selecting this individual when they are actually de-selecting them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prepare customers to use the system before it is implemented to avoid any confusion when completing surveys.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Crewhu has allowed us to get a better idea of overall customer satisfaction. Previous to using the software, we had a general idea of overall customer satisfaction, but no specific metrics or reviews. We are able to gauge individual customer opinions much better and respond to any customer concerns that we previously might not have been aware of.
What do you like best?
Integration with Slack and Teams is a must have feature and their support is great.
What do you dislike?
Not much - some character limitations in emails, but that should get fixed soon. It's hard to think of a downside.

Este programa es muy bueno, fácil de manejar y lo mejor de todo es que desde que lo utilizamos en la empresa el equipo de venta ha tenido mas ingresos porque al crear concursos en Crewhu para motivar al equipo de ventas somos recompensados ??con "CrewHu Bucks" que podemos cambiar por premios.
Para la organización donde trabajo es muy importante que desde el equipo que desarrolla los video juegos o distintos software hasta el equipo que vende los productos estos tenga una motivación desde luego esta generalmente se enfoca en los ingresos extras para el personal y esta es una buena herramienta para lograrlo.
What do you dislike?
No me disgusta nada porque con cuando la empresa empezo a utilizar esta herramienta mejoramos el salario de todos los empleados. Nos importa mucho la opinión del cliente. Sinceramente debería ser un producto aplicado en cualquier oficina de ventas. Sin duda aumenta los ingresos.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Te puedo recomendar este programa primero convencer al jefe que si mantienes un equipo verdaderamente motivado le van aumentar las ventas por consiguiente tendras un equipo totalmente satisfecho, generas un ambiente de trabajo bueno y las relaciones con tus compañeros serán mucho mejor y hasta hay una competencia sana entre los empleados de cada departamentos. Todos quieren obtener recomendaciones de sus clientes.

Mantenemos siempre todos los equipos motivados al 100% y principalmente el equipo de ventas saca mucho provecho con esta oportunidad siempre quiere que los clientes emitan buenas opiniones.
