Horrible company. Overpriced service and most features don't work properly. You have to give these crooks 30 days notice to cancel your account. What in the world? I understand such a policy for reliant contractors who are putting in work but not for software. Come on trolls.

Great customer service to start with, and loved the chat option on the website... however, that's where the positive experience ends.I had lots of issues with posts not publishing - I'm not just talking about once or twice, but non-stop. Annoyingly I wanted a tool that could save me time, and not create even more issues - ContentCal made me waste more time than any other tool I've used previously. Then after some convos with the team, reconnecting profiles, and more failed posts, I decided to look elsewhere... then when I found a better tool I was told there would be a 30 day cancellation period! This meant I was essentially paying for 2-months (£180) as I had already stopped using ContentCal (as it wasn't working). So on top of this unused time, I had to let them take another £90 just for the privilege of having a useless tool. Beyond disappointed in how this worked out as I really liked the design, and had raved about it at first until it didn't work, and then the cancellation fiasco - there was no conversation about the T&C's, it was just a very matter of fact, 'You signed up to this, therefore...' I've honestly had better experiences with FREE tools, which is crazy as you'd assume you pay for better customer service.Shop around, test it fully and make sure it's worth it before you commit as there are LOADS of alternatives around - especially if you have more than a few clients.

BEWARE - Cancellation is impossible and they try and charge you for an extra 12 month subscription. I stopped using the platform when Facebook offered a more seamless option to post to both Instagram and Facebook with scheduled posts. When i stopped using contentcal, i had a month or two left on my plan, i assumed it would just lapse and i would no longer be allowed access (there was no direct debit payment set up) several months later i get an invoice from their sales team saying i owe £150 for my next 12 month subscription. I told them i am no longer using the platform and didn't wish to continue, however to cancel the subscription you have to pay for the invoice and then they will cancel it. They are still trying to get money out of me, and for some reason i still have full access to the account?! In the past i would have said this was an OK platform for making life easy to compile social media posts. But the price and customer care is not worth it.

30 day cancellation notice?? What a silly idea. You're providing an online service, we're not married.

I have been on live chat for 50 minutes now trying to cancel our subscription as we do not use the app anymore.I have been asked numerous marketing questions & feedback to which I have answered in the hope this would then get past all their sales talk & let me cancel. All they do when you have given them all the feedback they wanted is go offline & you get referred automatically back to the start to start the whole process again.Such a con. Do not get an account unless you want to be tied in forever.
