What are the best aspects of this product?
This software is perfect for me to track workflow time or to provide access to breakdowns of workflow tasks. Setup costs on the market are reasonable and average. They offer simple licensing and price per user. Overall, this is a great tool for managing workflows.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer support takes longer. It is necessary to enhance user experiences. It should be responsive.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
This solution has solved many of our business issues, including the purchase of additional web form and record generation software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are using Comindware Tracker to automate web forms. The most valuable feature I've found is the easy synchronization with other tools.

Operations team. It helped immensely with ensuring that both teams are in the loop about which orders entered by Operations team are pending and should be urgently looked into by our Purchase team. Our Purchase team efficiency and Operation team productivity has been improved since implementing. Its performance goes above the average expectation.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Great for keeping everyone in the loop. Comindware Tracker is integrated with Active Directory, so user management is snap. Comindware Tracker sales would have to contact engineering to see what phase a project was in, now anyone can see where a project is at which has eliminated a lot of phone calls. Our customer satisfaction has improved by a large margin since implementing it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A number of social media platforms which may not be very popular. reporting is OK, but might be improved.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Reporting should be improved. API can be improved too

: Comindware Tracker is great for keeping everyone in loop. Before Comindware Tracker sales would have to contact engineering to see what phase a project was in, now anyone can see where a project is at which has eliminated a lot of phone calls.
